I think the with joy app is very unique, but my fiancé and I are sharing a login for the wedding event being planned. She has access to everything and when I go to click on some of the tabs, it gives me an error and says this page is down. We don’t understand why that’s happening and it’s very frustrating. Especially when trying to send information out to contacts.. if someone would like to help me that would be amazing

Mohd was amazing! I got a human response very quickly and he was able to customize our RSVP page in a way I really didn't think would be possible! We are using a custom made canva website for our event details and he was able to link our custom site so that once you submit your RSVP, it takes you back to the site I lovingly made. WOW! Wonderful customer service.

Really disappointing. As a guest to an upcoming wedding I’d never complain to the bride but their practice of price gouging the hotels and then not providing any of the things that the actual hotel would allow you to use for free is atrocious.

Also, the distance to between the hotel withjoy recommended and the venue is not the stated distance or travel time on the website. Withjoy advertised this hotel as 5 minutes from the venue - it’s a 30 minute drive through the country side (so it’s about 30 miles away)

It’s free to request an early check in through the main hotel website but withjoy wont allow me to do it, nor will they help me contact the hotel to request the early booking, meaning I have to go to the wedding event, leave to check in at the hotel, and then go back to the wedding

Really thoughtless company that clearly just promises the world to the bride and groom and then screws the guests with bad information and a serious lack of effort

The mobile UI (both app and website) are genuinely horrendous. Everything needs to be done on a PC. There’s a lot of delay for every action and it’s just clunky. Would not recommend

I wish I could have added a few more photos or change page layouts a bit. Also, it wasn’t clear how to export guest lists. With that, I’m still happy I went with this service! I’d do it again and will recommend it.

The website was easy to follow. I got so many helpful tips I didn’t know I needed to make wedding planning easy. My guest got great discounts for their hotel stay. Navigating the website we created was straightforward without hiccups.

The app was amazing at managing all of the details and the integration into other things such as the custom digital invitation was outstanding.

The website is quite robust, and doesn't push a million products on you, like other sites do.
It however has pretty frustrating glitches, where functionality is "also in the app" but does not really work consistently. Adding a registry item, guest list can often fail, both on and off data.
This hasn't been a big issue for us as these tasks may be best done on the browser. But an app native planning process would be a nonstarter for me.

The app and website made it easy to collect information from guests, review RSVPs, create and send out save the dates and invites.

It's really nice to have the website, RSVP etc. all under one space. It's very easy to use and I have no complaints but two pieces of feedback:

My guests keep adding themselves because I used a nickname or spelled their name different. Like Rob instead of Robert.

I would really love to know which guests booked hotel rooms through Joy so I can see what guests are staying where.

Somehow, I figured it out, I am definitly not tech savvy, but once I figured it out, it was extremely helpful in keeping my RSVP's coming in, I was able to update my count and keep everything organized. I was able to use the spreadsheet and print it out to use for my seating chart. The one very important thing that would add, is if you could make a category for Quinceanera's. They are extremely popular, and I had to change everything from "Wedding": to "Quinceanera" in order to use the app. That included the wording on everything. Also, if you could include in your spreadsheet a column to distinguish whether a person is an Adult, a Child or a Baby, that would also be helpful.

We picked to use Joy because it fitted our needs most. It provided a full website and text invitations. We weren’t doing paper invitations.

Additionally, design selections were modern yet elegant and dint require a pick between the two.

User experience was exceptional and we could tracks RSVP as much as possible and send targeted messages.

We could add invites as time went along.

Highly recommended.

It has been extremely easy to use Joy. I appreciate all of the templates, the reminders to do certain things and love that I can tag certain guests and invite them to specific events without being worried others will see. I stumbled across Joy by a happy accident and it has made my wedding planning the easiest ever!
