I loved the website and that it kept me organized. Would have been 5 stars, but the UI was a bit hard at times to figure out and the registry wouldn't work via the with joy website. The team was always very nice and helpful though!

Joy gives you exactly what you need, and meets you at the level of time and energy that you have available. From easily sharing just the essential information to diving in to plan and organise every aspect of your guests' experience. Beautiful printing options also. Highly recommended.

Brilliant and user friendly, I couldn’t have planned our wedding without Withjoy

I really enjoyed using WithJoy! It was easy to design the website with so many choices to pick from - and very aesthetic. Would recommend for wedding website!

Overall, I am very happy with Joy! I love that it is free, which helped a lot with the initial planning stress. We used Joy for our wedding invitations because we were impressed that we only had to put addresses into the website, and then Joy printed them onto the envelopes for us. There has been some technical difficulties (like spouses not staying together on one envelope when we were ready to print, and the app and mobile browser doesn't work well for the guest list. You need to use a desktop browser when putting in addresses which wasn't as convenient). The app can also be glitchy, refreshing itself often when I've hardly touched anything, so I recommend always using Joy on a computer. Overall our experience has been positive and we recommend it to other couples starting their wedding planning journey!

Overall the website was fairly functional, the themes were aesthetically pleasing and the wedding invitations looked very nice. The RSVP system worked quite well and being able to send emails to guests was good.
I did feel, however, that Joy would greatly benefit by allowing greater flexibility in design - as there were very rigid templates that caused a lot of frustration for me. For example, when choosing pictures to put at the top of each page, Joy didn't allow the user to adjust the size or crop the image, which meant a lot of back and forth between editing the photos outside of the website and reuploading. I also felt a bit limited with how I could format the the font sizes and alignment. Joy also regularly changed settings after I had already set up my website and carefully formatted everything the way I wanted, and had it viewable by guests. Then, an update would happen and all my careful formatting would be disrupted and I'd have to redo a bunch of things.
Another issue I had was that Joy advertised itself as being able to design invitations to match your website theme. While the borders of the invitations matched the website, the font selection was different, and I wasn't able to choose matching fonts for the ones available on the website design, which was extremely odd and frustrating.
Finally, I had hoped to be able to send digital invites to my 5 or so guests that were coming from overseas, and mail physical invites to those in the country. I thought the digital invites were a great option and looked really nice but the minimum order I could make was 50, which would have cost me over $80 for the 5 invites I needed. This felt like bordering on a scam.

The site has a lot of cool features, but from the time we set it up to the date of our actual wedding, the UI had changed and more things seemed to cost money to use. Also, the registry feature for money gifts isn’t great. We had several guests confused with it because they didn’t think their gift went through (it didn’t - it just reserves it). In the end, we didn’t get some of those gifts because we weren’t going to ask our guests to formally send them and not just reserve them.

Joy made the whole wedding planning and RSVP process easy! Very customizable to every type of wedding and so organized!! I definitely recommend to any bride who wants to stay organized and keep their guests informed of all wedding details!

We really wanted to support a newer, smaller wedding website that is also LGBTQIA+ supportive. The website was hard to navigate and the app was even worse. Sending emails was very challenging until I got the hang of it. Importing contacts was a miserable experience because we hadn’t found the site until after collecting all our contact information. We had to manually input everyone and because of that, missed 3 people. The concept of people “reserving” a Venmo and then going to Venmo to actually pay and then going BACK to Joy meant that we also had several gifts from guests that we never received. I am NOT asking guests to give me money directly. So we lost out on those gifts which was around $1000. The website doesn’t allow you to make a seating chart - what a nightmare trying to match the theme that we had for Joy for everything else! And then trying to get that printed with the same finish and size as well. Took weeks for us to figure out.
Overall would recommend sticking to more established websites like Zola or TheKnot.

We loved the simplicity of the website and having the contact collector feature made communicating with our guests so simple. We also appreciated that we could make certain pages private because we were having a nontraditional wedding which was greatly appreciated.

I would never ever use this company again- Their service has been abysmal- I booked a discounted Hotel through their website and they actually charged double the standard Hotel-- Secondly they did not honour the Hotel payment and I was refused access to the Hotel until I fully paid the shortfall monies.
I have demanded a full refund although the company has stalled matters rather than simply returning my money- A police report is now in process, however I suspect that a civil claim will be the correct route
For information purposes the Co With Joy actually sub contracted the bookings through 2 other separate agencies named Easy My Trip and Let’s Fly Direct- It’s a terrible business model which leaves the customer not only paying double the standard cost for the Hotel rooms but in my case being required to make further payment to attain the room as the booking co did NOT make full payment to the Hotel-
I would highly recommend that you avoid this company.

Website was amazing and easy to use, especially for Rsvp and guestlist. Very thorough and especially helpful for destination weddings. Would 100% recommend to anyone getting married. The only thing I would have loved to be able to do was have a bit more personalization options for the artwork/themes of the website along with the invites.

Really appreciated having WithJoy as something I could rely on throughout the wedding planning process.
My favorite elements were: customizable css coding for the website to adjust the basic templates to work for me, the guest response tracking tool, and the fact that the basic options were all free with the option to purchase more.

This website had it all. A way to keep all your guests in one place with all their information, a way for them to RSVP, a place for photos. Really great experience

We found Joy to be a very useful platform for managing our wedding communications. Keeping track of emails, monitoring guest engagement, and replying to messages was easy and intuitive. We also appreciated having all guest information gathered in one place, including accommodation details, the event program, gift information, local recommendations, and places to visit nearby.
One aspect we were less comfortable with was that promotional emails were sent to our guests without our explicit intention. As a result, some of our own important messages appeared to receive less attention, as they were competing with platform-generated communications. We would have preferred greater control over which emails were sent to our guests and when.

It was a great website for my guests to access . I was able to set up for them to rsvp, choose meal, access accommodation detail
Was quite difficult to set up and did take a couple of days for me to get the hang of using it
