We had an issue with a lamp not levitating correctly. Reached out to the customer support team and they requested a video of the issue. I recorded the video, sent it in and they are sending a replacement. Very thankful for the speedy relieved and solution provided by this team.

I reached out to the Havie support team b/c the Havie lamp that I had received as a birthday gift seemed to have a defective remote. Isabelle was very kind to respond and provide detailed information and even included a video to show me how the remote actually works. Several times now with several different companies, I have had to email them because I accidentally used a work group email attached to my phone when I paid for an item. This usually results in tons of spam email sent to ten different people in my office and it’s embarassing. When I ordered my Havie lamp, I made the same old mistake and expected the result I have always gotten. Nevertheless, I contacted Havie customer service. Isabelle immediately messaged me and changed the address. THEN, she resent the receipt to my new email. This is true customer service and shows that Havie is a cut above the rest. Thank you Isabelle.
