While wireless broadband equipment has obvious limitations, I'm happy to get reasonable speeds and unlimited data from Wisper. Out here in the country in Franklin County, we don't have access to anything else that is reasonable and I appreciate Wisper providing me with this access to the internet as I am a fairly heavy user. Sometimes the random outages get frustrating, but at least they usually don't last long.

I upgraded my router, per your customer service request, and my connectivity is awful. Unable to get wi-fi signal in any room except where the router is setup
