I have just received my bone conductor headphones. 2 months after my purchase.
Finally I'm happy. They are not scammer but they should improve their delivery tracking.

Hi everybody, as I was in a same situation as you, just some instructions in order to help you to get back your money from this fake shop. If you paid with PayPal:

1. Find this particular transaction on your PayPal account
2. Report a problem
3. You have to write for WishAddict asking for refund through your personal PayPal website not just per E-mail!
4. In my case as I expected WishAddict didn't answer. They just sent me a normal E-Mail asking for my address and phone number because my item for some reason "came back". After 70-80 days are gone! Thats really funny. Do not react! It is a fake request as well.
5. PayPal was waiting about one week for their answer. After that money was transferred back to my PayPal account. Hope it helps.

Similar to many others I ordered items in September and nothing has arrived. When emailed they tell me it was a mix up with shipping numbers but they won't supply the shipping details to confirm it is genuinely on route.
Definitely won't be using them again, experience suggests it is a scam.

THIS IS A SCAM - I have not recieved my products. I repeat - do not buy anything from this website. They don't even have a 1-800 number to call customer service. To reset the password - the system no longer recognizes me - this is a scam.

Guys be patient, there support team had said that there was a major surge in orders so they couldn't keep up with the demand.. but now all of them have been shipped out. :) hope everyone has a good experience. I will purchase again.

Just ripping people off that is all they do. Nice web site nice customer service. Never deliver what is promised. They take your money but never fulfill the orders. STAY AWAY

I have not received the item which I order on 11 Sept, My order no 91117664, and is in the 3rd month, I have yet to receive the item. humorous email has been emailed to the support which has no idea where about my product is and keep ask us to wait,. I do not know how long we have to wait.

What a bad service wish addict offer ?
Conclusion, do not buy from them agian

You won't receive anything apart from a load of Bullshite about how the item has been sent out and there is an issue with tracking the item.
If you have ordered something contact either your credit card company or paypal.
YOU WILL NOT GET A REFUND FROM WISHADDICT

same as the others ... ordered wireless headset 9-28-17 and never received product ...they sent me bogus tracking numbers that led you to fedex ... called fedex and they said NO that was not their tracking number .. have disputed chrge with my credit card company

Unfortunately I have to agree with previous reviews. Terrible service. It's been 2 months since my order and nothing has arrived yet. Poor response to customer complaints, further delays after multiple requests. It is unfortunate for those companies with reputable products if they try to choose wishaddict as their distributor.

I have not received my order after more than 1.5 months! I can not even track it. I regret ordering then $79.99 head phone.

Over a month for me and they haven't even dispatched. The company is based in PANAMA!! How more dodgy can you get. FAKE, FRAUD..SCAM. Same experience as everyone else, over £120 spent. Someone somehwere is raking it in

This company sells counterfeit products and when I returned the product they refused a refund with no help from PayPal they should be shut down

Scammers. You pay and they will never deliver. They will send you a tracker but your product ends up somewhere else according to the tracking website. In my case, my delivery address was Bangkok but it was delivered in El Paso. I issued a few tickets but no solution.

Like other reviews, this company is absolutely awful. Still waiting for headphones, with no resolution of issue after multiple requests. Just "ticket has been closed" response without merit - only a change (extension) in my expected delivery date. Just horrible experience...

Ordered an item from them on the 22nd of october and have been waiting on it for over a month now. Opened a ticket, have been told that it has been reoslved but bothing changed. Will file complaint with proper authorities including the police.

Just so everyone knows, this company is A JOKE! I will continue to post on every forum I can find that this experience in ordering products has been AWFUL! I ordred the headphones OVER A MONTH AGO and when I filed a ticket to request a tracking number or refund I was basically told they had no information and they had contacted their courier, but my ticket was closed without being resolved. I have left multiple responses to this ticket, two of them have been deleted from the thread back and forth and still no word and again I was told my ticket is closed. I still have no idea where this product is and they did not even discuss options for refunding me at this point. I could get NO information on this order for almost a month except for "order has been processed" and after I filed the ticket it finally changed to "on it's way" but with no actual tracking number so I could see exactly where is is and until yesterday it said expected delievry was between October 8th and the 22nd, but yesterday it changed to "sorry it's delayed, expected between October 23rd and NOVEMBER 21ST!!!!! I ordered this in plenty of time for my husbands birthday and this has been one of the most frustrating INFURIATING ordering experiences of my life and they ignore my responses to the ticket, refuse to actually give me any information and I don't even know at this point how to get a refund. I AM BEYOND ANGRY at this point. I have no idea if this post will remain on their site, but I hope it at least reaches a few people so I can save them from this horrible process and unprofessional buisness.
