I entered my email address in one of their fields to progress to the next page to find out what their shipping costs were and now they keep emailing me regardless of me telling them to stop.

Paid for Expedited shipping on a $400 order its a month later and my parcel is tracking only as left Malaysia was last scanned the 23rd Jan. I paid through the nose for DHL delivery just too see its somewhere with South African Postal Services. I have opened prob 20 tickets and everone gets exact same stupid response. They are absolute scammers quick too snatch ones money... and if one pays for DHL then one expects DHL.

Ordered the Bone-Conduction® Hi-Tech Headphones and it took 3 months to receive them. Two months later they are NFG. They won't turn on. The company policy says they will replace something if it arrives broken. The headphones are no-name brand, so you can't go after the manufacturer. These are garbage headphones and you can buy similar technology elsewhere for less money and better service. RUN AWAY!!!!

Could someone tell me where wishaddict is registered so that file a report to the local police?

I'm mad at myself I didn't check the reviews beforehand.

Wishaddict is a scam! I received defective headphones at a cost of $80.00. I was offered a second set at a reduced price, $70.00 which never arrived. All replies are in the form of “we are looking into it”, followed by “ticket has been closed”. In addition there was an unexplained charge $40.00 on my Amex card. That is nearly $200.00 for a very cheaply made, defective, bone conductor headset that shouldn’t cost more than $7.99, at best.
SCAM, FRAUD, LIES, FALSE ADDITIONAL CHARGES, NO HELP, UNACCEPTABLE CHEAPLY MADE CRAP...

Stay away from this company. I ordered two Bluetooth bone conduction headphones from an ad on Facebook. Big Mistake. . I responded to a promotion that promised a fitness monitor with the purchase of two headphones. After two months I didn't get the headphones, and this company is IMPOSSIBLE to deal with. The only thing that got their attention was when I got PayPal and my credit card bank involved to dispute the charge. Eventually I got 2 headphones, but still no fitness monitor. I couldn't get a return authorization so I was stuck with them. They do work for a short time but the battery life is so bad I didn't even get one month out of a pair. They're now basically useless. The second pair is still in the box. I'm trying to find someone I dislike to give them to.

As so many of you I had the same experience with the headphones sold to me in September 2017 by Wishaddict. They just were never shipped. I had the good fortune of paying them through my PayPal account, which should allow me to get my money back in case of a dispute. I am now in the middle of the disoute handling and I must say that Paypal are handling this very professionally. It does take time, because they want to be thorough, but it looks like I could actually get my money back.

Anyone else pay via Paypal? Let them know. If not to help you, then at least to help prevent others from becoming a victim of these fraudsters.

Once I placed my order I never received any delivery updates. After 3 months I contacted them and thought I have been patient enough.
Turns out they close these support tickets without any response or action. Still no contact and after 4 months still no package.
I would say, based on this, WishAddict is a scam business.

I bought a set of headphones, they worked once, and now when I try to email or contact Wish addict, they don't answer my emails, and send me confirmation emails that the Item has been resolved.

I would not do business with this company. I don't expect them to respond to this as they don't respond to anything else.

Like others, I never received my product.
I ordered headphones September of 2017. I left the country in December and still had not received my headphones.
As stated in numerous emails to wishaddict support I had been waiting on this product for 10 weeks and ordered early enough that I should have received it BEFORE LEAVING THE COUNTRY.
Everywhere they state that shipping is approximately 1-2 weeks after order and 4-6 weeks after shipping. BOTH OF THESE CLAIMS ARE FALSE.
I ordered September 28 and it was delivered to a holding depot (as I was out of country) December 19, THATS 82 days!!! As such I was unable to claim my package due to it being returned to sender.
I have contacted wishaddict numerous times in this regard to have my support tickets closed with no resolution.
I will be contacting every consumer fraud agency I can find to address this fraudulent company and I suggest everyone else does the same.

Ordered ear phones for 79.99 . They never arrived . I have tried to use their “solutions” website and they refuse to acknowledge the issue and refuse to refund. They do not have a phone number only automated email.

Waited over 60 days for shipment to arrive. After usi using headphones for two weeks they no longer would power on but appear to be fully charged contacted customer support still waiting for a reply

Like others I also placed the order on 30/11 ORDER #91139824 and never received the order. I wish I too had read about them before I went ahead and placed an order.

I agree with all the other reviewers.This company is a total scam. I had the exact experience as other people. I placed an order in September, which never came. I have sent multiple emails to the company to cancel my order and issue a refund; all with no resolve in the issue. They told me that the "ticket was closed" but did not offer to issue a refund. I filed a dispute with my credit card, and will let them handle it from here on out. Hopefully, this company will get shut down!

I wish I had read this before… :( I order some plastic food containers in August - it is now the end of December and still nothing! All i get is a standard automated response - when asked for refund it fell on deaf ears..apparently they are with the courier… seriously I could have walked to China and back to collect them in the time it is taking.. 4 months ++ for plastic containers!!!

Scam, I ordered a set of headphones over 3 months ago and I still di not receive them, I sent several messages to the customer service and they always replied with pre defined text... DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!

Have been waiting since September. No way to get your money back. This is a scam
