At first the server is very fast and high quality. Also the support is very fast they literally take less than 10 mins to answer to their client. Such a good server hosting 100% recommend it

I’ve been with WiseHosting for three years now and my experience with them has been very positive.

Their support team has always been excellent: every time I’ve needed help, they responded quickly and were consistently helpful and professional. Overall, everything has been smooth, reliable and hassle-free.

One thing that also stood out to me was when they lowered their rates and applied the new pricing to all customers, not just new ones. That felt genuinely customer-focused and showed that while they are, of course, a business, they also value fairness and long-term customer relationships.

I just got my first server set up and they helped me a lot through the process of modding it. Really appreicate the quick responses (less than 15 mins) and their prices for an annual subscription are quite nice. Would recommend!

Service is TOP TIER. They always respond in less than 5 minutes. Not to mention, each solution is always detailed carefully in a way that even a beginner who doesn't know how these files work can understand. 6 stars if I could.

Got a super quick response to my support ticket from Rainer T one of the Junior Support Agent's for WiseHosting as he helped me to resolve my problem.
I'd also like to thank Zach the Support Team Lead on advising me what to do inside of the Discord server and how to create a support ticket.

The services and support I received working and fixing my server was unbelievably quick and amazing helping me find my problem straight away. Props to Zack K his a legend!

i use this hosting service every few months you can tell they actually care about there service the best thing they did is to remove the addons like the backups since a i keep forget to add them i used a lot of services best by far
been with them since 2023
