Wonderful team

Every time I have an issue with anything, the team never lets me down and ALWAYS finds a solution, no matter what it is.

Wouldn't change a bit

I use Wisehosting once a year. Sometimes for a week sometimes a few weeks to months. Everything is always easy and understandable. The options to manage the server are easy but detailed and you can always adjust anything directly in the folder.
Also the support is quick and helpful. For example, i forgot to cancel my subscription and after a short ticket they reminded me to get a backup and refunded me after that.
In addition to that the price is very fair especially compared to other services.

Great customer service!

Great customer service.

Had a mod that needed updating and they got it updated to the latest version just minutes after i wrote. Highly recommend! Super simple website aswell.

These folks respond FAST and accurately.

I came from another hosting service that was a nightmare of poor responses and "not our problem" attitudes.
This service is a night and day difference!

More of a 4.5 but 5 is better than 4 in…

More of a 4.5 but 5 is better than 4 in this case.

There are some aspects of server management that could be easier like more streamlined mod management and updates and sorting by last updated or mod size, etc. Other than that, great service, customer service is en pointe, fast servers. Highly recommended.

Good support and hosting

so i had an unpaid invoice and within like 15 minuts support has helped me and deleted my unpaid invoice!
also the hosting alone is very good,100% recomended!
