I’m extremely disappointed. I ordered a dress from Winsome Girl for my brother’s wedding. For the first half of the day during the ceremony, the dress was perfect. However, while I was sitting in the car after 3 hours of wear, the zipper popped completely open, off track. I was not moving or pulling the dress in anyway, and the fit was not tight. I was literally just sitting and it broke. I’ve attached a picture of me wearing the dress to show that it was not a tight fit that caused it to break.
I was the maid of honor and I had to miss an hour of the wedding because I literally had to be sewn back into my dress. The zipper was completely off track, and was unable to be lined up correctly.
It is hard to express how incredibly disappointed I am in this product. I had to give my wedding speech with safety pins and off color thread sewing up my back, after missing an hour of one of the most important days of my life. I am even more disappointed because I was simply SITTING when the zipper broke.

My package came on time and the dress is amazing!! The only thing i would improve is to be more clearer when shipping internationally since when i checked out it clearly stated that shipping was free, besides this, the company’s customer service is very good and they are really helpful.

The dress I ordered looked nothing like the photo! It was terrible quality and fabric and didn’t look anything like it was supposed to.
The company don’t even do refunds (even though it’s not as described) and only offer store credit, so you’re stuck trying to find something else to buy from there even though it all looks poor quality.

This store is unreliable. I ordered a dress to be sent express post for an event only to recieve a generic email 4 days later saying it would not be sent due to stock issues and I would recieve a refund (no refund has been received at time of writing).
