We did a boat event for a birthday and have since been charged FOUR times, every saturday they continue to charge us for what was a ONE time event. Their phone numbers don't work. The message response was that it must have been a browser issue which is nonsense, a browser issue wouldn't cause reoccurring charges every week and even with acknowledging the duplicate charges that continue to happen, still no refund. Over $900 in additional charges!!! Stay away from this company. They may have been good before but whoever took over - terrible.

We purchased tickets in advance for 3 people in two different transactions. The first transaction was fraudulently charged to our card again 5 days after the event. The second transaction was fraudulently charged to our card 2 months after the event. The first fraudulent charged was supposed to be refunded within a couple of days and never happened. I was just made aware of the second fraudulent charge through my bank and have submitted it as a fraudulent purchase. This company does not act on good faith; they string you along about sending you your refund with one lie or excuse after another. They have no intention to do the right then. This is unacceptable business practice.

I always enjoy going to these events but the Houston-Navigation could use extra vendors.

Husband and I did the Houston wine tour and it was great, the vibes, the host and the people on the bus. The wine was really good and can’t forget the lunch they served was surprisingly really good too. 10/10

I had a great experience. The event is intimate and with great wine options.
