Pathetic experience

Pathetic experience. I Wish I haven't used this website...They just ruined the day.. First theyaccept order after that they say we cannot deliver this and when you ask for the refund then they will say we are going to deliver and deliver totally opposite to what shown in picture and when asked the customer support is too rude and just hang up the call.. Nevsr recommend this website to anyone

Pathetic cake and horrible customer service

I ordered plum cake but the cake delivered was just a plain cake with dry fruits on top plus it was dry and stale. Customer service was pathetic as they did not believe my complaint even after sending picture and video and inturn tried to convince that that’s how a plum cake should be. They spoiled my mother bday and didn’t even refund. They said representative will visit to check the issue but that also did not happen. Pathetic service!

Fraud Company

These guys are fraud - I have ordered best cake displayed on their winni app for my brother birthday and they deliver very different and pathetic cake with nothing mentioned on cake instead of ask them to write name of birthday boy.
Would request all never use these portal for any order.
Or else they will really feel you embarrass Infront of your guest and families

Delivery returned and no refund

I had called customer service asking why the product was not delivered on time and returned. Customer service staff was very rude and not ready to listen, and he has asked me to make a complaint and do whatever you want. I will never recommend and buy again from this company. Below average experience, and not professional.

Poor quality and worst Finishing.

Never order anything from this Winni.in almost poor quality products, finishing improper.. Customer care worst people will not accept their fate.

Some days before I have order a personalized name bottle of 750 ml. The order was delivered and noticed that there is long paint marking at the body of the bottle. (already it is a white bottle the marking found is on red so easily noticeable). When contacted the customer care through whatsapp chat they say that it is a minor lining and complaint cannot be entertained. as conversation goes on they are telling after 24 hrs we will not entertain any complaints. Instead they should politely tell as we will accept our fate it is our fault in future we will take care and improve our quality of service... But nothing happens to me.. Worst customer service... does even know about the how to coordinate customers. So dont buy anything from this website.

Worse, don't buy from them, they said delivery free and then gets call you postal code is not for free delivery and then telling your pin code is different not what I gave, so they know more then me that what post code I live from 30 years.

Wasted money and cake both.

It is a fake company

It is a fake company. I paid rs 2168/- but didn't receive the order ND they have blocked my call.if you call from some other number and tell your id they immediately disconnect the call. Authorities should take proper action again such fake practices of cheating innocent buyers

There services are pathetic they can't deliver the cake ontime most the cakes are not available.customer service is worst you need to call 3 to 4 times before someone is actually reday to talk. "I ordered a photo cake from Winni's…

"I ordered a photo cake from Winni's website, but when it arrived, it had someone else's picture on it. I contacted customer service to resolve the issue, and ended up spending over 40 minutes on an international call, only to get nowhere. They simply refused to understand my problem, claiming it was a system error that mixed up the photos.

In the end, I had no choice but to cancel the order without receiving a refund. I lost both my money and valuable time.

This feels like a photo cake scam by Winni. I strongly advise others to avoid them."

Just don't use their services.

I'm currently abroad and ordered a cake for my dad's birthday who is in India. Apparently when the delivery service had called my dad, his number was switched off, which isn't true-his phone was working fine just minutes before and had also given an alternate number. The order status in the app changed to 'Returned'. I got in touch with their 'Customer Care' via WhatsApp who was very unresponsive and kept replying with prewritten answers. They then demanded extra payment for "re-delivery." I had no other go other than paying that as I had already spent so much time and energy into this. It took a day for them to reach out again and the delivery guy called my dad at 7 in the morning to confirm the order which was delivered 5 hours later. The cake was of very average quality (nothing you can't just buy from a corner store bakery) and the wordings on it were very shabby. If you think about it, this is a literal scam and I don't know how they are able to get away with this. I regret not checking the reviews beforehand; the positive ones on their website are definitely fake. Please be cautious when considering their services as it will ruin your special occasion. I would advice to never use any of their services, ever.
