Has anyone that has recently wrote on here had withdrawal yet? Mines approaching 4 months been returned to my balance twice.same old story 7 to 21 days even though its been this long.absolutely no reply once off vip or support just totally ignored.

I’ve been waiting for my withdrawal since 1/11/2024 it’s been reversed back to my account 2 times already … I’ve tried to withdraw it again and we’ve surpassed 3 months again …
Doubt I will ever receive my withdrawal
Same jargon from chat bots … no customer service no complaint procedure no point of contact or email back
AVOID !!! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME !!!

Waited months for my withdrawal for it then to be sent back to my balance and not withdrawn, no email response from 15th April
Now have to withdraw again and wait another 7-21 days
Chat says it was automatically cancelled
Absolutely ridiculous
I’m sure after another 4 months it will get transferred back to my balance and I’ll have to with draw again cannot say I can see me getting my withdrawal and there is no one you can speak to!!

Update 2/9/25 still waiting past the 21 days again same old jargon and scripted response still waiting on my original withdrawal from the 15th April

Winnerbet1.bet still hasn’t paid my winnings from 29/05/25 numerous conversations with the bots on live chat no correspondence from email what so ever. Definitely been scammed but will take down if receive winnings. Please write a review

Do not give your card details to this company. They have today taken money from my account for no reason. I've contacted support and they just turned off the live chat function. I've contacted my bank today to request the money back.

I initiated a withdrawal of £3650 on 13/04/2025 however I am yet to recieve my money. After a countless emails and live chat, they have ignored me time and time again. My account has now been denied access and they are not providing me with a reason. The account was fully verified but as I am waiting for the withdrawal, they have now suspended this. They do not pay out and they will scam you. I am lost for words and have no clue how I will get this money back. Live chat is the same AI responses and emails have not responded to me. They are cons. If anyone has found a way to get their money back please put it on here.

So far it’s been ok. I received a withdrawal after a few days by bank transfer. But have made another withdrawal and still waiting but it’s not within the 21 day window they set. Won £2500 and still waiting now for the winnings…same scripted response please be patient checking your account I don’t know what they are checking but I’ve never ever known a payment to take this long…account fully verified and still nothing the live chat just fills you with the same crappy scripted responses!!!

Day 25 funds were returned to account as there was a technical issue when transferring funds into bank!!! Withdrew again told would be dealt with asap and now still no money!!! Please stay away from this casino does not pay out and staff are a bunch of pricks!!!

Still not received my withdrawal. They just close livechat on you before you can even type anything. Must of tried over 10 times and in one of the attempts they credited my account with £50 then closed the chat before i could say anything. Very strange website. They rob your money and refuse to pay out. Do not deposit and play at this site or any others that they operate. Do your research before giving these scam artists your money.
