Not joking when I say avoid, their site is a legitimate looking fake casino. Gowver the codes full of errors. I deposited net £2260 over 6 months. Went to cash oif £1200. A small recoup of my losses, was hit with the 7-21 business days BS by AI chat bots. Nowhere on their site terms did it state this. I read reviews sadly only at that time. All the story's of no payment lesd me to raise a security case with my bank. Somehow the casino knew the next day. And lied with a strange email from my VIP? The first time they responded to state my account was closed asking mr why I had made chargebscks and that 400 euros was already refunded.. let me tell you the bank didnt do any chargevacks and failed to help me in the end. Its robbery let me tell you to avoid these thiefs. There are overseas casinos that do pay out (next day) memo as one example. My experience with them led me onto winner and wasted alot of my previous winnings with them. They will not respond. And my account remains closed. I stuck out term of 21 days before taking this action against them. Bht no luck and im amout of pocket 2k and a legitimate win of 1.2k

Avoid WinnerCasino (winnercasino12.bet , winnercasino1.bet and related domains).

The site claims to operate under Curaçao Master Licence 34389464EU via Gaming Curaçao, however Gaming Curaçao confirmed to me that their licensing structure ceased operations on 18 August 2024 and that any continued display of those licences would be considered fraudulent.

Despite this, the website still displays this licence and does not identify any current regulator. I repeatedly requested permanent closure of my account due to gambling addiction from January 2024 onwards, but my account remained open and continued to allow deposits.

In my experience this raises serious concerns about both licensing transparency and responsible gambling protections.

I would give zero stars if i could.
