Good site with good choice of games but honestly trying to withdraw is painful. I’ve never known such a lengthy time to withdraw funds when you compare to other operators, this site definitely falls short of what is a reasonable timeframe when you speak to customer services they tell you that they don’t have any influence over the department that processes withdrawal requests so you get no clear answers. 24 hours on still no further forward with my withdrawal request every other site usually within 2 to 3 hours it’s in my account

Only site I’ve played on that has the poorest bonuses. I got 3 bonuses on £1 fish and frenzy big catch, first time he came out 4 times out of 15 bonus spins with the littlest fish. 2nd time it was 7 empty spins out of 10. then 3rd bonus was 9 empty spins out of 10. Please tell me how anyone can actual build on this site? It’s crazy, I have screen recorded every single bonus and it’s always the same . They do NOT let you get anywhere with your deposit. OK but slow withdrawals
Same as most casinos really, same games etc. Lots of bonuses with a 30x wagering requirement. 5% cashback reward.
Customer service are quick to respond on live chat.
Withdrawal times are one of the slowest I’ve experienced. Takes at least one business day to process.
There seems to be a 3 step withdrawal process 1. Request. 2. Approved 3.Sent to payment method.
They also don’t process withdrawals over weekends I was told.
So it’s fine if you are willing to wait but otherwise use one of the many other casinos with near instant withdrawal times.

Avoid avoid avoid, put in over £1000 and so far I have not withdrawn any cash. The bonuses are very few and far between I was nearly £400 on one game over a period of two weeks before I got a bonus and that bonus was £19, does not matter what game you play when you play time of day or day of week you will not even come close to breaking even on this site. Yes I understand it’s gambling and yes as a customer you will always lose but the rate you lose at on this site is shocking. Just avoid

I would avoid this site if your joining for a bonus… said it was a different bonus I would receive to what was advertised and then when I deposited didn’t receive any bonus at all.. told me to delete and update stuff to see if it works and i would receive an email in 1-3 days to see if it was resolved?
