The list of hobbies you can choose from is so basic. Things like "music" and "movies" don't really say anything about a person. I wish I could type in my own specific interests instead of just picking from a pre-set list of twenty generic words. It makes everyone's profile look exactly the same.

The only thing I would recommend is…
The only thing I would recommend is that this platform needs to keep the support separately from the platform. You have built a great connection with someone and then you may run into an issue and need to speak with customer service quite a few times, yet the person on the end feels you are not paying attention to them when all you were on was with CS . With that being said I would like to thank Vincent for hearing me out. He has been a great help and really understating more or less asking the right questions. Thanks Vincent!

AI messages
Most message seems to be generic AI responses, questions not answered, my profile not read, women wanting me to pay for their pictures.
A typical example of testing if they were real, I asked what they thought of Trump ,and the response was something like "You're so handsome, I want to stroke your hair". I tried swapping contact details with one woman, but you have to buy 5000 credits, about $2,000 to be able to swap details. Many of the "women" seemed to be online 24/7, messaging the second you get online.
Many of the "women" behave like AI bots, and send me gifts for free, but I have to pay serious money to return the gifts.
The already expensive credits have significant extra hidden charges. I left after 3 days, having spent around $1,000, unsure if I had chatted with a real woman, and unable to swap any contact details.
I complained to customer services, and got an AI generated response.

When I was setting up my preferences
When I was setting up my preferences, the options for gender and what I’m looking for felt really binary and dated. It would be nice to have a few more inclusive labels so I don't have to just pick the "closest" thing. It feels a little behind the times compared to other platforms I've used recently.
