This is a good site. It needs to offer monthly charge as credits can to expensive if having a long term conversation. I think it would benefit the wemon and give them a chance to get to really know so... See more

The company is very respectful and professional. They handled my request, quickly and the entire time made me feel like I mattered and was important.

I sent out a few introductions yesterday, but I can't find a "sent" folder anywhere to see who I've already reached out to. I’m worried I might accidentally message the same person twice because there's no record of my outgoing activity. It’s a very basic oversight in the UI.

If I leave the tab open for more than ten minutes without clicking something, it automatically logs me out for "inactivity." I get that it’s for safety, but it’s really annoying when I’m just waiting for someone to reply while I work in another window. I have to keep logging back in over and over.

I made a typo in my birth year when I signed up because I was rushing, and now the site says I’m 42 when I’m actually 32. There is no way to edit this in the profile settings, so I have to explain the mistake to every single person I talk to. It makes me look like I’m lying about my age right off the bat.

The help contact was very friendly in manner and tone, and that is very pleasing :)
That one is supposed to make decisions for which the decision bases are only delivered afterwards is quite mysterious. Well, at least real life doesn't work that way ..lol.....

I uploaded some high-res shots from my camera, but the site compressed them so much that they look all blurry and pixelated. It’s hard to make a good first impression when your photos look like they were taken on a flip phone from 2005. I tried re-uploading, but the compression is just way too aggressive here 😔

I have been using this website for eight months. Over the past two months just while logging into the platform it pops up that I am blocked. I email support for help but just get ignored...often for days at a time. I try to contact my premium manager but also over the past couple of months I get no response. Very quick to take my money but not very quick at responding to queries.

I spend $19.99 for 45 credits that is for 22 chats only everytime I purchased credits, recently this site blocked me but I still have access to their site but I cannot send massages what appears in the receiver is asterisk* until all of my credits were wasted for sending asterisk, your credits are so expensive then you will just waste the money of your subscriber for asterisk*? Now I'm planning again to purchase another $19.99 credits for 22 chats only but are you sure that the receiver will no longer receive asterisk* messages? Pls reply

The list of hobbies you can choose from is so basic. Things like "music" and "movies" don't really say anything about a person. I wish I could type in my own specific interests instead of just picking from a pre-set list of twenty generic words. It makes everyone's profile look exactly the same.

The only thing I would recommend is that this platform needs to keep the support separately from the platform. You have built a great connection with someone and then you may run into an issue and need to speak with customer service quite a few times, yet the person on the end feels you are not paying attention to them when all you were on was with CS . With that being said I would like to thank Vincent for hearing me out. He has been a great help and really understating more or less asking the right questions. Thanks Vincent!
