Did 3 online forms and contacted customer service by email as can't always get to the phone during the day, not one has bothered to reply let alone tell me if they cab fix my car and I'm a sole parent stuck in March. Certainly not what I'd call a great way of enticing any customers to use them!

I am sorry you did not receive a response to online forms. We have a physical presence to receive phonecalls in the event of form submission issues, or emergencies, during all of openong hours and would encourage customers instead to call us if an issue is time-sensitive.

We’ve now had 5 vehicles altogether from the King’s Lynn branch, and we have a 6th (our first brand-new car from order!) on order - so you can clearly see where our customer loyalty lies! I honestly couldn’t ever imagine buying a vehicle from anywhere else.
Not only has every Skoda vehicle we’ve had been super reliable and has literally zero mechanical or performance issues - the buying experience has always been very pleasurable.
Scott Nicholls is our salesman. He’s fantastic; friendly, helpful, approachable, always willing to go the extra mile to help us. He’s worked hard and secured deals for us that we’ve always been more than happy with. We are considered ‘loyal customers’, and the company most definitely treat their loyal customers like royalty. It’s not just Scott, the whole team are welcoming and friendly, and the atmosphere is relaxing and pleasurable. The team gel well together, all work alongside each other harmoniously, and make the car-buying experience a happy one.
The King’s Lynn showroom is light, airy, spacious and relaxing. There are toys in the waiting area for the kids (which my 9 and 5 year olds always dive straight in to - the little ride-on Skoda toy car is a particular favourite!), and you always get offered a drink - not just a lovely Starbucks coffee for us adults, but even a glass of juice for the kids. Scott’s trainee is also fab, really knowledgeable and helpful.
Every experience we’ve had with Wings Skoda has been incredible positive, from first walking in to the showroom, to test drives and signing on the dotted line - top class service from a top class car manufacturer!

Brillant customer service
All the staff I encountered were all friendly and very helpful. My service was done promptly and I was able to get some work done in their upstairs waiting area. Brilliant experience all round.
