Brilliant service from purchase to delivery - good communication and very responsive.
I came across this company on Google when searching for wine chillers. Their products looked amazing however I was unsure to purchase due to the company not being a well know. Brand. I researched reviews through trustpilot & although not a lot of reviews all were positive so I took the gamble to order from them. I placed the ordered & communication via email was prompt. I had send an email regarding my delivery as I had missed it & Grace was so very helpful getting in touch with the courier to find out what days & times they deliver in area to try & arrange a date that would be suitable for myself. My wine chiller is now here & fully installed & the quality is excellent. The blue led light is beautiful too. Grace emailed again to see if my wine chiller had been delivered & if everything was ok which I think is great service. I Would rate this company very highly & would recommend them.
