Delivery was a little slow but I suppose that’s to be expected as the wine was coming all the way from France – I was kept up today on shipping and it took about two weeks to arrive so something to bury mind if you’re thinking about purchasing as a last minute thing. Apart from that really good service and I will definitely use again.

Man... I am in Spain and these guys delivered. A little late, but hey it´s Europe, nothing here is fast. I give them a five stars!

Order made 13th December with a delivery estimate of 19th of December, few days later i got a tracking mail that stated delivery would be made 23rd December, it never showed up and after the new year i contacted the company for an update, response was prompt and they blamed the festive period for the backlog. On the 13th Jan i contacted them again and asked to cancel the order and refund the money, they refused saying the order was still on its way. At this stage i initiated a refund through the merchant as i felt like i was being lied to, and the company has a lengthy history of failed orders ( i found this out after i had ordered). To my astonishment the order arrived January 20th, in fairness it was very well packaged and exactly as ordered, had it come sooner id have been delighted. Overall difficult to assess winebuyers, it feels like they take orders and then hope to obtain the stock later, and often never do obtain it. Hard to recommend them, i would avoid and look for a retailer that carries the stock themselves.

The order arrived a little later than expected, due to delays over the Christmas holidays and adverse weather conditions, however, once arrived in the UK, the delivery was quick and bottles well packaged. The customer support team were very helpful and quick to communicative about the delays on enquiry.

I placed an order on January 2nd and was given a delivery timeframe of 5 business days. Today is January 14th and I still haven't received the order. I've sent several emails and messages via Instagram, but I haven't received a response. I think I've been scammed.

Hello. Order placed on 12/21/2025 and received on 01/03/2026. That is a very good time frame for an international order, especially during the holiday season. The order was well protected for shipping and arrived in perfect condition. Very professional! Also, the product ordered is exactly as delivered and therefore of good quality! On top of that, very good contact with customer service. Perfect! Totally satisfied! Highly recommended!
Bonjour. Commande passée le 21/12/2025 et reçu le 03/01/2026. C'est à dire un très bon délais pour une commande internationale et qui plus est en période de fêtes. La commande était bien protégée pour son expédition et est arrivée en parfait état à réception. Très professionnel ! Egalement, le produit commandé est tout à fait conforme à celui livré et donc de qualité ! Ajoutez à cela un très bon contacte avec le service client. Parfait ! Totalement satisfait ! They are not able to deliver but still no refund! 13 January 2026
we got final refund back on our bank account on 18 January 2026 no communication.

Great service, excellent wine

Efficient and good ownership of a courier problem. I’m always a believer that a supplier can only be truly assessed for their customer service when there’s a problem and on this transaction there was. The courier failed to drop off both cases of wine and wine buyers took control and delivered the shortfall and covered next day delivery and it arrived just in time for Christmas! That true testament of a supplier taking ownership and going the extra mile!
Definitely have confidence to reorder again and have since. Thank you

I have yet to taste the wine so this request for a review so soon after delivery is premature. However, the delivery by Royal Mail was exactly on time. Unfortunately, the box for my six bottles was flimsy and nearly split apart - my post-lady did well to keep it all together.

I ordered a case of wine in March 2023. It wasn’t delivered, for months and despite more emails and webchats than I can count - I have still never had any communication, no refund and no wine.
I still reply to all marketing emails and social posts to try and trigger a response, nada. Stock issues happen, errors happen - but completely ignoring a customer and keeping their cash, just stinks.

Very user friendly website, extremely fast delivery service and reasonably priced.
