My experience was mixed.

This review is based on my experience one day after the initial window installation and reflects all aspects of my interaction with the company.

The salesperson who came out for the estimate was knowledgeable, even though he mentioned he was new. Overall, the estimate process went well.
However, I did experience an issue with my $300 deposit. I chose to put $300 down and was supposed to receive an email receipt.
Later, I called to confirm that the payment had been received. I then requested a receipt three different times, but each email I received contained an empty attachment. As of now, I still have not received proof of my payment, and I was never given a clear explanation of whether my remaining balance reflected the $300 deposit.

The installation scheduling could have been handled better. The Detroit branch manager, Tom, who I understand is an independent subcontractor and not a direct Window Nation employee, called while I was away and unable to answer. In his voicemail, he addressed me by the wrong name. When he called again the following morning, I felt the conversation was rushed, and I didn't feel my concerns were fully heard. I also felt I had little flexibility with the installation date because I was told there were other installations already scheduled.

I still have Tom's voicemail.

On the positive side, the installation was completed successfully, and the installation crew was professional, friendly, respectful, and helpful throughout the process. The quality of the windows is excellent. They feel durable, operate very smoothly, and are easy to clean. I'm very happy with the product itself.

While I believe the company could improve its communication, payment documentation process, and overall customer service before installation, I would still recommend this business to friends and family because of the high quality of the windows and the professionalism of the installation crew.

Just had Andrew Wise with Window Nation come out and talk to me about windows. He was very thorough, thoughtful, explained everything to me. The quality that he showed me was outstanding! I would highly recommend Window Nation. And if you are lucky enough to have Andrew into your home to discuss everything, you won’t be disappointed !

From sales person to installers, everyone was really great. We love the windows.

I love the windows and doors. They improved my home’s appearance. I was truly impressed with the group that installed everything. They were professional but friendly. They left my home clean when they were finished.

Salesperson very informative. Answered all questions and concerns thoroughly. Installers efficient and polite. Very careful of our home.

Wish I could attach screenshots of the sales representative’s email to me clearly stating what Window Nation would do and the photos showing they did not do as they stated. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, left reviews on Google and yelp, and went one step further to put a sign in my yard saying that I do not recommend Window Nation. I purchased windows for my entire home, as well as a front door from this company. I do not recommend them.

Booking and installation went without a hitch.the price fit our budget. The installation staff were knowledgeable and efficient.

The entire experience was amazing. They got everything installed in 1 day. They even came back to adjust my front door in a timely manner.

The workers were very professional. They cleaned up after the job was done.

Installation was flawless. Installers were meticulous, professional and left the work areas spotless. Windows fit like a glove! Outside noise practically gone while insulating factor is very high.

Windows look great, installers were friendly and hard working.

No issues with the product. Crew showed up when they were supposed to on a day that the rain was monsoon conditions. They assured me they would start on the covered porch windows and wait for the rest. They didn't wait, during the worst of the storm my living room had no windows and was exposed to torrential rain.
The windows were installed from the inside rather than the outside which damaged all 23 window sills in my home and now is in need of repairs and paint.( i just had the inside of my home painted less than 6 months ago!). I would like someone to contact me about how to resolve this issue.

Windows look great, the installers were awesome and did an outstanding job. Price was very reasonable compared with other estimates. Would suggest you at least talk with them before going with someone else.

The windows are just like the sales man showed us. We had to wait about 6 or 7 weeks to get them. Not happy with the installation. Waiting for some one to come out and check them. The staff and working crew were polite and super nice!
