Frank Nemec from Window Nation provided our estimate for a replacement bow window. He was very knowledgable and answered our questions regarding WN windows, installation, process and warranty. He quickly submitted a change order when we changed to a bay window. Hoping all goes well through the next steps.

Has anyone had a problem with a picture window sagging? We had our windows installed 4 years ago and the big one is sagging. I called for warranty and they said my labor warranty expired?!? So either it was installed wrong or window is junk and can’t hold the weight. I am very upset they won’t warranty it. They said warranty is good on window so then just put a new window in if you won’t just come out and fix the one that is in there.

From the salesman to the installers, it was as smooth as can be. The price was right, the 2 guys that did the install were skilled and professional. The windows look great.

Window Nation was very professional in replacing our kitchen windows. Done very timely and installedin one afternoon. Very nice!

The windows were installed efficiently and carefully. The workmen meticulously cleaned up the rooms in which they worked and outside of our home. We are very pleased with our new windows.

I purchased the 10-year warranty when my windows were installed by Window Nation, but my recent experience has made the warranty feel nearly meaningless. This past spring, one of my upper window panels developed a crack from one side to the other, likely due to heat stress during changing cold/warm weather conditions.

I discovered the crack in early March and contacted Window Nation for warranty service in mid-March. They responded within a few days, asked me to provide photos of the crack, and confirmed that the repair would be covered under warranty. I then provided the part number as requested. About a week later, I was told the replacement part had been ordered and that the estimated delivery time was four weeks. I was also told that once the part arrived, a technician would be scheduled for service.

Since then, I have received no meaningful updates. I called again in late May and was told they were still waiting for the part. It is now June, and I have had a cracked window for three months with no repair date, no clear timeline, and no apparent plan to resolve the issue.

Based on this experience, I cannot recommend relying on Window Nation’s warranty service. A warranty is only valuable if the company actually follows through in a reasonable timeframe. Right now, I feel like I paid for warranty coverage but have been left waiting indefinitely with no accountability.

From the friendly, non-pushy sales people, to the quality of the product, the value we felt that we were purchasing to the in home installation team, we could not have been more pleased with our Window Nation experience!! We shopped around and did our homework, Window Nation was the ONE for us. We highly recommend Window Nation to all our family, friends, and neighbors, to everyone!
Again, their entire staff was so pleasant, competent and capable. Everyone was a pleasure to work with. Even the installation teams; they were clean, efficient and so polite.
12/10! Would recommend! Have utilized them twice!!

They keep you well informed about your order status.

The salesman was not very honest. He said things that were misleading and at other times just did not answer my qustions. He got me financing through i dont know who. I dont know when my payments start and I dont know where to send them No.one has contacted me.

You suck everything you promised didn't happen. They had to beat windows in because they were measured wrong. L

Then bullshits me comes back with people that don't know there ass from a hole in the ground . Didn't do the flashing like i wanted . Still had plastics on windows. Trim was horrible. And when they left got stuck in driveway, tore it up and left. I am not paying for such Incompetence. And didn't clean windows and while they were beating windows in they broke one. So as far as I am concerned, I am turning them into the BBC. YOU CAN COME TAKE THEM BACK OUT
and when I talked to a boss about it, he told me warranty . That's not what I paid for. And I am not paying come get them
I will build my own. I have never in my life sued someone but you will be the first.

Window Nation replaced 20 windows in our home in less than a day – very efficient! The team was super personable, friendly, and courteous, and the workmanship is fantastic! Very good window quality and price.

I was Misled. I’m looking for a refund!

The windows are all drafty, letting in a lot of cold air, especially at night. I have called several times to have someone check it out, but to no avail.
One service person came to my place but was only there to replace a faulty door handle. He said he would request an installation supervisor to check it out.
I receives a call that someone would get in touch with me, but it hasn't happened yet.

Trust in a transaction as costly as this was made easier with the incredible professionalism of the folks at Window Nation. From our sales rep to the scheduler and ultimately to our installers, every step exemplified a commitment to a customer-centric business model. Well done!
