Sales person was polite and knowledgeable about the windows I need for my home.

Window Nation installed a very large picture widow with two smaller widows on 06-19-26. Within days of the install, I started calling my salesman, Larry and his manager, Hilet. Both windows started having condensation on both the inside and outside panels. They do not respond back to text messages or emails. They finally sent a technician, Mike to my house last week, he looked at the windows at said the seals were defective and that the window would have to be replaced. Once the window was installed, I hired a carpenter to finish the sheetrock, tape, prime and paint the entire wall. Now I’m told by the technician Mike that it will take three months to build a new window and then they will contact me for an install date. I really don’t want to hire the carpenter to redo the work that he did in June. I had Renewal by Anderson come to my residence to look at the window that Window Nation installed. He stated the window was made with inferior/cheap materials including the glass and that there was no E Gas between the panels which was causing the condensation. Renewal by Anderson gave me a quote to replace the window and it was only. a few hundred dollars more then the price from Window Nation. I would never again call Window Nation and strongly suggest anyone looking to purchase a window to stay away from Window Nation

The whole process went very smoothly. Our salesman explained things well and our installers performed perfectly. They were careful to cover floors and items and cleaned up any debris from the installation. We are very pleased with the results and will continue to enjoy our new windows.

Buyers beware! Window Nation (Windows and Doors) have questionable sales tactics! On April 10, 2026, Window Nation installed 12 windows at my home. On February 19, 2026, I signed a purchase agreement for these windows when a sales representative visited my home. I was shown two window options, one of which was a Vytex brand window. Both window options (full window samples) had completely sealed window frames with no open seams or joints. After negotiating with the sales person on price, I really suspect that she filled out the purchase form with a lower quality window to compensate for the lower price that we agreed to for the new windows. I had no knowledge of the actual product number for the window in which I was interested in purchasing and relied on the sales person to put the proper number on the order form.
After the windows were installed (approximately 3-4 days later), I contacted customer service about this concern, and was put in touch with the Vytex team. Although the Vytex team was responsive to my calls, they were unable to assist me with correcting the issue and suggested that I work with the Window Nation team. So, I did just that and contacted there customer service team explaining my concern on four different occasions, including emailing a Window Nation management team member. It has been approximately three months now without anyone from Window Nation following up with me with a resolution regarding my concern.
Take it from me, you may want to stay aware from this company and consider one of their competitors as your windows replacement contractor!

I made the decision to purchase one of their windows and had one put in the living room. While the price was acceptable, it's the warranty that made it very desirable. I recommend everyone find out about the Warranty.
So impressed with the quality and workmanship and Warranty that I decided to buy a second window. It's a person I talked to Micheal Piekarski, and he was wonderful to work with; no pressure, just lots of information and easy to work with.
After deciding to purchase the second window, Brad came to measure the space. He too, was a great guy and helped me understand how the window slides and made it easier for me to work with. Wow, great team; highly recommend them.

The installation was done very well. The guys were very clean and respectful. They delivered the windows sooner than expected which was nice. The biggest issue we had was that they advertised that if you bought two windows you got two free or four and four. That being said we replaced a bay window with four separate windows and were actually interested in replacing two others but were told our window replacement didn’t qualify. Even though my large bay was replaced by a two window piece the two side windows were also replaced so I’m not sure why the salesman said no. We definitely didn’t pay the extra $3000 they wanted for the two windows that technically should’ve been free. They were small windows too. The installation guys though were top notch.

They did not waste my time. They responded quickly to my inquiry. They completed what they said they would. They were friendly and informative. Most importantly they answered what ever questions you had at the time during the entire process.

DISAPPOINTED 🤬I talked to the salesman at Window Nation I pacifically and strongly said I wanted to keep the designs in my front windows, these designs made the house originality . The representative told me I could and it seems that he was telling me one thing and writing another. Unfortunately I had to work the day they came to install the windows. My daughter was home working and when she did look they were replacing the windows with plain double pane windows. She immediately called me and told me what was happening, I immediately called Mr. Trusty the sales rep and try to figure out what was going on. He then tells me that he knows no window company that can do the design in the windows and I told him I did, but why didn’t he tell me this in the first place, I guess the sale was more important than pleasing the customer. I’m am so disappointed and mad I can’t think straight. The bad part about it is that some lady called to confirm the order and the first thing I asked her was did I still have the design in my windows and she said yes. Bottom line is that always go over contract. Because some sales representative can and will be deceitful. Now I’m stuck paying for windows I didn’t even order. Be careful buyer of sale representative with the name Trusty in it, I can’t remember the woman name who confirmed the order,
Window Nation re-review your employees. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!🤬🤬🤬

At first the experience was semi decent. I was told the time frame to build and come out to install my patio door would be not until June. This was March when this process started. I was perfectly fine with that. Less than 4 weeks later I get a notification that my door was ready to be installed. GREAT NEWS, right ? I told my sales person Keidon London multiple times that I want my patio door to open from the right side looking out. He wrote the correct door down but what appears at my house ? The wrong side. The workers installing it told me to reach out to their boss. In which I did but never had an answer or RETURNED my call…. Even reached out to the local Window Nation and no one returned my call. I gave it a week because why should I be reaching out when your company messed up the order. Decided to call the workers boss Ronald Stewart? again. He didn’t pick up but did end calling me back. He didn’t have any information to give me like I was a forgotten customer. He said he has to look into it… first off if I never called, would I have received a call back ? To me that seemed like I wasn’t going to until I called. He finally calls back with information. We have to make another door and it will take 4-6 weeks. Great news again. I get my door finally, it’s the right one!!! But during the installation they forgot to plug my door and put a lock for the screen door and they messed up my flooring by peeling it. During these installations I was not available because taking 4 days off from work it’s not ethical. I make another appointment for them to come out and finish the patio door. Great they come and they only have an order to plug the door. I told Amy Fitzpatrick that it was missing door plugs and a missing screen door lock. 4 times someone had to come to my house. Last and final time coming out I get the call from the service tech. He says you need plugs and the screen door lock. I said no just the lock. He goes I don’t have that on my truck. I’m like great he would’ve showed up without the part AGAIN. Remind you it’s a small little bracket that goes on the door frame that they should have a bunch in their trucks. This is the worse company I’ve ever worked with. No one returns your calls and keeps pushing you to someone else and all you do is go around in circles.

Has anyone had a problem with a picture window sagging? We had our windows installed 4 years ago and the big one is sagging. I called for warranty and they said my labor warranty expired?!? So either it was installed wrong or window is junk and can’t hold the weight. I am very upset they won’t warranty it. They said warranty is good on window so then just put a new window in if you won’t just come out and fix the one that is in there.
