Quality, installation, value, warranty

I like the installation and measurement people. However, the sales people were terrible. Never once did I speak to anyone on the phone, only emails. And several weeks after telling me that they could do something (replacing unique windows), they then later told me that they couldn't.

Price and upgrade of my windows

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Window Nation.

I had a representative come to my home to provide a quote for 8 windows. After the appointment, I decided to take a few days to do my due diligence and gather a couple of additional quotes before making a decision.

Three days later, I received an email from the Sales Manager, Richard Hansen, with a revised quote. Surprisingly, the new price was significantly lower than the original quote, but it was for 11 windows instead of the 8 I actually needed. Since the pricing was much more competitive, I reached back out and simply asked for the same pricing to be adjusted for the 8 windows I wanted to purchase.

Richard responded that the lower price had been sent in error due to a “system glitch” and that Window Nation would not honor it.

Mistakes can happen, but what was most disappointing was the company’s unwillingness to stand behind the quote they sent or make any effort to find a reasonable solution. As a customer who was genuinely interested in moving forward, it left me feeling that the pricing was inconsistent and that customer satisfaction wasn’t a priority.

I expected better communication and better customer service from a company of this size. Unfortunately, this experience has caused me to take my business elsewhere.

It's now July and still have not received my refund guess I need to contact my lawyer and channel 2 news team to do a story on Windows Nation on why they have not sent my refund after waiting 3 months

Today’s experience with Peter Farrell was seamless! The presentation was extremely thorough and exceeded all of our expectations, making the process of choosing styles and enhancements for our windows go smoothly. We are extremely excited to have our windows installed by Window Nation!

They do the job very well. My criticism is with usual pressure tactics that are used to close the deal but maybe that is too much to expect.

The crew can't in and installed 13 windows in about 6 hours. They cleaned up very well.

Communication was great. Always knew the next step. Men Arrived on time at 8 and completed the job at 4. Did a great job of installing 5 windows and sliding glass door and thorough at cleaning up the mess. So far, we love the windows.

The windows made my house look so good.And when I close them , you couldn't hear anything from outside. Installers were awesome.They were quick.They were clean and they worked well together.

What a great team and the coordination on completing the job in one day was great. They added 10 windows with no problem and they were very professional. Cleaned up when they finished and left the house the way they found it except I now have new windows!

Michael Yanaros was great. He was professional and friendly without being condescending. Mike was well-informed and took time explaining terms and concepts. I didn't feel rushed or pressured to purchase the product and services. I feel confident Window Nation will see my project through to the end.
