Service never followed up after was told they would …
Windows were installed with the wrong weatherstripping. Service guy came out said they’d be contacting me to replace with correct weatherstripping as he did not have on his truck. No one ever contacted me now it’s just too late in the season to do it now and very disappointing.

I still have not received a call back about my service that was horribly done. I'm just really surprised because the company was great with customer service and care when I first got my windows put in.

Warranty service
Tech called during planned ETA, as he was on the way… Luke was professional during his visit, diagnosed the issue with the screen door right away, corrected the issue and went above and beyond by making a needed minor adjustment to the sliding door as well.
He completed the work in a very short period of time and was on his way.
Overall excellent experience.

This is our second window replacement by Window Nation.
Your company replaced windows in our previous home so we knew the product and installation. The new windows are such an improvement in every way over the original construction grade windows we replaced. The installer was super and left everything neat and clean.
