My replacement windows were a point of stress
My replacement windows were pre measured , I had waited weeks for this. I guess one window measurement was entirely off because the window needed major adjustments. I called to report a few problems after three days because you are instructed not to open the windows. I was told I had to take pictures and send it to them I refused. The company finally sent someone after three weeks. The gentleman was very kind. I told him my problem but after the adjustments I told him the window did not slid on the track. I was told to get some I don’t even remember because I felt with the money I paid everything should be to my satisfaction. I would not trust this company to do your replacement windows.

Service and quality that that you don't see these days.
The gentleman that came by to give us information about the windows was knowledgeable and gave us all the information that we needed. He was very pleasant and answered all our questions. The installers were courteous and cleaned each room after they were done with that room.

The windows look good very disappointed that they did not clean up the mess in the house and took over hour to clean mess up.When I used before the crew cleaned everything up it looked like they hadn’t been there. I’m not somebody that try’s to get something for nothing but would there be a discount or something for cleaning up after them I do have pictures if you would like

Service, Product are Great. Gift Cards are a Scam
The people working for you are wonderful and also love our new windows. We had an issue with 2 of them and they were ordered and replaced in a timely manner. When we first had our window's installed we were promised a $100 gift card. We just figured it was a Visa or Mastercard gift card. It was for some Restaurant scam. We tried and tried to use the supposed gift card and became more frustrated the more we tried. Also, showing restaurants that are a distance from us so not sure what type of agreement you have with them but it's a big waste.

Installer arrived during specified time, was very professional, kept the entire work area clean, kept me posted as to the status. When he left, you never would have know he was there, entire work area, inside and out was cleaned up.

Two men Two doors and One Happy Lady!…
The men were here at 8 am and were done at noon! They did a great job adding a door to my basement to outside and a door to the back of my garage ! They look great and I’m happy to feel safe again!
