I am very pleased with my new entry door. The installers were very professional and neat.
BUYER BEWARE: I have mixed feelings about Window Nation. I had 14 windows installed in 2023 - the process, cost and installation was excellent, roughly $900/window installed. I referred countless friends because the experience was flawless.
Fast forward to 2026 and this has been a NIGHTMARE. I paid over $27,000 dollars for 7 windows & 3 doors installed. I'm left with crappy paint jobs, scrapes on window sills, caulking left on my new bath tub, pieces of wood chunked out and I still had to go to Home Depot (on 2 separate occasions)to buy door knobs (leaving me with 3 different keys just to get in my house from one door...). I called my sales rep, Kyle Scheiwe, who has yet to return my call or email.
I WOULD NOT RECOMMENDATION WINDOW NATION

I like the installation and measurement people. However, the sales people were terrible. Never once did I speak to anyone on the phone, only emails. And several weeks after telling me that they could do something (replacing unique windows), they then later told me that they couldn't.

Window Nation is not what they pay the BBB to say they are and grade them as. Fast talking, dishonest, overpriced telling me they build the patio doors specifically to my measurements which has caused uncentered lights and switches because either they lied or someone doesn’t know how to measure. They don’t have their own installers like they told me. The worst communication of any company I’ve worked with. Poor scheduling as they cancelled on me last minute multiple times because “they don’t have a crew” to work. Then they shouldn’t have scheduled the job. I’d already waited 2 months. I took off work twice because they were going to be here. They don’t stand by their word or their product, which I don’t believe for a minute they make especially to fit my needs. They offer financing but sell it off as soon as they say they finished the job so they don’t have to deal with no -payment. Workmanship warranty is a lie. They may come out months later when they can pick up next crew from Home Depot. But both times they came, 1/2 job and still waiting. I am completely disgusted by their practices. To end it all they whine and apologize to me that they had to clean house and didn’t have anyone to work. That is not my fault or my problem. But hey for my trouble they will give me $300.00 from a $13,000 job that was done poorly. A good company would not treat customers like that, they would accountability. There is so much more I could say But will save it for the local news. I will do everything I. My power to get the word out so other people hear the truth.

Now I’m waiting for service because my screen doesn’t close properly and the keys have been stuck in the patio door for all the world to see for over 2 weeks. I do not feel like a valued customer.
I still haven’t received a bill, or a call, like I was told I would, but I received several messages from different collection agencies to set up payment and give them all my personal baking info on line I won’t do that blindly. When I call the number I got from some lady, it’s a loop of options. Sorry, I’m old school and want to talk to a real live person, not AI. They will have to wait for payment until I receive an actual bill in the mail.

Good Afternoon,
I keep receiving emails and letters from Window nation on how much you all appreciate my business, and if I wasn't thrilled to please email or call Window nation so that you can make it right.
I have called , email, and it still is not correct. I have no screen, no response to my calls or email.

This is in reference to your response of previous review. There was no miscommunication your sales rep Kyle Milholland straight out lied when asked if triple silver glass meant they were triple pane and he said yes. Anyone reading this do not trust this company. They will lie to you. They will take advantage of senior citizens and veterans. Very unscrupulous company.

We replaced all windows in our house. I booked the consult at a booth at a fair.
Sales - our salesperson Alex was responsive to our needs while on-site. He provided the options to make sure we were happy with our decision, showing the lower cost options when the original price quoted gave me a little bit of pause, also giving options to split the job into smaller parts so we could reduce upfront costs. He put some slight pressure to secure pricing while on-site but was clear about the reason, being that if more inside sales people had to be involved in the sale, it reduced the efficiency of the company...which made sense. I didn't feel like it was any more pressure than any sales situation. Not everything I was told during the fair booth interaction was exactly accurate, but I don't feel like I was deceived.
After the initial meeting, we had some second thoughts about design choices, and he helped put the job on hold until we could visit the showroom about 2 weeks later to make sure we had the right decision to be happy with it. We ended up changing our order some and went with the highest quality windows with some adjusted design choices from the initial on-site quote. He was easy to work with and accommodating to make sure I was happy with my decisions.
Install - the install team was very professional and courteous. I have a lot of cats, which had to moved mid-job and they were good about leaving the first room untouched until another room could be finished and the cats could be moved. They wore shoe covers until covers were laid around the flooring and covered nearby furniture. They worked quickly, finishing in about 5 or 6 hours (17 windows) and walked through all the windows with me after to make sure they were all good. They cleaned up around all install areas (a couple small pieces of debris were missed during cleanup - but overall very good. Exceeded my expectations on cleanliness). The windows all looked great. After the walk through my toddler got his hands on some of the caulk, and I caught the guys right before they left. They came back in and fixed the caulk before leaving. Overall extremely good install team.
I'm very happy with the product - having the windows about a week now. I would recommend this company to a friend who was looking into new windows based on my interactions so far.
Great job window nation.

I had your company to replaced a window in my kitchen...the window was placed on top of rotten wood. The look of the window and the fact that it was placed on rotten wood...then I was told I would have too get the window taken back out so that the wall can be fixed...which should have been done before the window was placed in. I then received a letter stating that if I wasn't THRILLED with the service you guys would make it right...I'm still waiting. The fact that the window looks like something a kid could have done...unhappy!!!

Window Nation did an outstanding job on our larger window replacement project. We had specialty arched windows that were replicated in a beautiful way. 22 windows removed and replaced in one day, each done perfectly and with precision. No mess left behind either. Dexter was our representative and from the very first meeting we knew we made the right choice. He was great and really knew his stuff! Thanks Window Nation, we are customers for life!
