Complete Joke. Couldn’t care about your customers at all. Order Monday a sky scraper and head and other products, only got pole. £400 order and still waiting for the rest on Friday. DPD are a joke too, leaking product. No clear bags covering product. Can’t do my jobs jobs planned for the week. Waited around for 4 hours on different days. No compensation or even a discount off next order. The country and business have gone to pot. Wake up

First order and the trolley system turned up in a battered box , screws missing from the back of the unit ( I’ve emailed and still waiting on a reply) no manual ( I’ve emailed to ask how to operate properly still waiting on a reply) the way the clips and other bits were thrown in the box it’s not a good first impression especially as I’m new to this and looking for a decent supplier…. I’ve since ordered again for some hose and a connector asked if replacement screws can be sent with (I’ve emailed but still waiting on a reply)

Do not order from this company, I placed an order on 24th August 2023 and have still not received the items. I have called and emailed them various times without a reply, no one picks up the phone or reply’s to emails, it’s now been 17 days since the order was placed. I will be contacting trading standards as I can’t seem to get a response from anyone from this company.

Personally I take the reviews of on-line products on wcw with a pinch of salt ! It seems only positive reviews are allowed publication, where as truthful & less positive reviews are binned ! Cmon fellas, sort it out !

Items arrive quickly, they use a decent courier no issues on delivery’s. Great products, great squeegee’s and cleaning fluid (unger).

Knowledgeable and engaging pre-sales customer service. I have no hesitation from recommending this business or buying from them.

We want to let you know that we made order at June 14th and still not received the ordered items.
We asked as well when the items be delivered the answer was we don't know.
We asking to return amount of money payd for not received items and when they will do that the answer was we don't know.
It looks like we just was robbed on 200 pounds by the windocleaningwarehouse

The prices were competitive, and the goods were delivered on time and carefully packaged. One item was the wrong size but that was swiftly corrected. I would recommend them for "householders" like me.

I bought a wagtail from them, which was slightly damaged, but could still use it,
They immediately apologised, & sent out a replacement, fast,
They have a WhatsApp customer service number,
& reply to you fast,
Sent me a £10 voucher which I used to buy some more equipment from them,
They know what they’re doing, because as a result of my experience, I now have them as my main go to for equipment, & have spent more money with them, & will continue to do so.

order on 29th June next day still not arrived 1st July,
no communication,web site still shows 2021 got to
use shopify,there as bad very disappointed.Waited all day friday,and saturday still waiting.

i have the bonus of living close to window cleaning warehouse the staff are very professional with the added bonus of being very friendly and always available to help either on the phone or via a visit .
in the seven yrs of trading i have always used their service and have never had a problem and will continue to use and support them for their experience and service they have to offer.
