Horrible customer service
I purchased a battery for my e-bike in May 2025, which stopped working in December. I contacted Windmeile to have the battery sent in for repair, and it took over a month before I heard back. After that, it took several months to get the battery returned, with no communication in the meantime. In April, they attempted to send the battery to me, but had used the wrong address — without contacting me first — so the package was sent back. Windmeile is now charging me 25 EURO in shipping costs, expecting me to pay for their mistake. And they have stopped answering my emails.
