I've ordered ION glasses and the paint from the lenses started to peel of after 2 years (2 weeks of usage). I contacted ION expressing my disappointment and asking where I can buy new lenses. They confirmed that this should never happen to their products and offered me new glasses for free although I did not have the warranty any more. Absolutely exceed my expectations. Spectacular customer service.
