The license for Office 2021 Home and Business for Mac indicated that it was already used, but after contacting twice help at wincdkey they told me that the license was redeemed even though I got the error. So everthing worked fine in the end.

Worked well. Used the twice now.
The first time I had some sort of compatibility issue and their support was very prompt and resolved the issue with another product key which worked.

bought w11pro license key, when trying to activate received a message how this key is already being used by another device... whats most funny i couldnt even submit a ticket to request new key for some reason lol.. what a scam

they sell the same keys to multiple people

if you buy and don't use in 45 days you'll lose the keys (they will be already in used by other people) and they won't give you new ones as
"Our product warranty periods max 45 days, which expires in that case you need to buy new one . "

I have bought many keys by now and I haven't had any issue. If a key does not work the customer service reply quickly, on the same day.

I ALWAYS use allkeyshop.com for any cd key purchase's for games/software. wincdkey.com was at the top of the list for my purchase of Windows 11 pro Retail. When I made my purchase I tried to activate the key provided for crazy cheap and it returned with it being already activated :( . I clicked the chat at the bottom right and provided screenshots with the order number and within 5 minutes they returned with a working key without question and made sure the one they provided worked.
