I have only had one issue where the website didn't generate a key and the support team resolved it quickly. Very disappointed – never received my purchase
I bought 10 Windows 10 Pro keys from WinCDKey, but I never received them. I immediately sent an email requesting that the keys be sent, but I have received no response at all.
The lack of communication and support is extremely frustrating. I trusted this site to deliver a legitimate product, and instead I’ve wasted my money with zero resolution or assistance. I cannot recommend WinCDKey based on my experience — it feels like a complete scam.
