Speedy communication and good tickets…
Speedy communication and good tickets even if they cost a fortune! The only thing I wish they had mentioned was that you can book parking in advance with debenture tickets and book the champions lounge for meals in advance. It was too late for us to do this and I wish I had known in advance/ and they had given us more guidance.

Thank you Joey for your review. Unfortunately at time you purchased this tickets the ballot for the Champions Room had already closed and was therefore unavailable. However, we will certainly take your comments on board and will aim to provide additional guidance should you book with us again in the future :)

the process was very simple, provided excellent information, especially for a Wimbledon first-timer
Wish there was a less costly way to attend.

Tickets were exactly as promised
Tickets were exactly as promised. Information before the tournament was excellent. However the amount of room in the access clubs is overstated. The service was phenomenal. They did run out of food on the fourth floor bar in the afternoon, we were not allowed to bring food from downstairs up into the lounge.

Wimbledon is a fantastic venue
Wimbledon is a fantastic venue. Debenture seats and amenities are great. We loved the experience. The tube was easy to take to and from. It would have been nice to be told to use the debenture entrance to centre court to get your wrist band right away. Also the guide had a mix up with our restaurant reservation date as she picked a date for us that we weren’t attending and thus we missed that opportunity but overall we had a great time
