Fantastic Service
Michelle is fantastic, nothing was a problem. She was extremely helpful. I was organising a unit for my mother to store her belongings after selling her house. We had to upgrade the size of the unit from the one initially organised and it wasn't a problem. I can't thank her enough!

The people looking after your Picton Storage Area have made our experience so easy with their advice and assistance during our first time using this type of facility. Access to storage units and the availability of movement trolleys within the facility is excellent. All this for what we think is a reasonable price.

Mostly good experience
Mostly good experience- set up was easy, sales person very helpful, demonstrated available units well. Down side was arriving early in the morning with goods for storage to find our selected unit padlocked. I was able to email the manager to advise of issue. Phone calls were not much use as they were going through to an answering system, promising response within 4 hours. My email was responded to fairly quickly suggesting an alternative unit. It was a smaller unit than the one we had selected but our removal guys were confident they could get everything in. Management were very apologetic, providing compensation for the inconvenience. In retrospect, I wish I had called the day before to ensure everything was good to go, but I had let them know we would move stuff in on that day. Their speedy response and apology went a long way to reducing my annoyance.

Michelle and Janelle are fantastic, always happy to assist with a smile. Took the time to ensure we got the correct size and explained everything thoroughly. Facility is clean and recommend it. Will return when we need storage again.
