The manager Michelle is a rare gem. She applies beyond-the-call care in her work with customers and responds to concerns with proactive results. She is even available for contact after hours when necessary. Unusual to enjoy a storage business operating this way.
The only thing I'd add is there could be an upgrade to a few components, but I've already shared this with Michelle and she is already on it.

Wilson Storage Picton has to be the lady by the name of Michelle Rope.
Excellent customer service by
Michelle Rope very satisfying trustworthy,
The store it's self very clean as will as my container.
During this difficult time of 2 years my furniture was in storage.
I have to say that Michelle Rope customer service made the biggest difference.
Always willing to go the extra mile for you with a smile, patience.
I would give a 10 out of 10 if I could.
The only thing I have to wringe about was the removalist.
From a job that No Limits is the name of the company. They were meant to be at my place at 10am.
They never got to Picton until after 3.30pm.
No courtesy call to say they would be very late I done all the calling seeing where they were.
From the price that I was given $490.00 $200 deposit then I pay the extra $290 after they finish.ended up costing me $1,100.
They turned up at my home dark time.
Around 9pm.
I waited for these 2 young .... all day Christmas Eve.
I missed out on finishing my Xmas shopping because of these 2 I'd...
They had no people skills at all.
They had no idea what they were doing.
Very unprofessional from the time that they arrived at Wilson Storage.
No communication with Michelle Rope or myself.
They left part of my furniture still in storage which my storage container was left wide open by them they didn't even communicated with Michelle at the office. I still had valuables in my container.
It left me out of pocket for Christmas.
If this company can be never ever put out there would be much appreciated.
This company ruined my Christmas.
