12 year trouble free storage
The premises are always clean and accessible. Good areas for parking and loading.
Access onto the site is sometimes problematic due to high traffic flow along the main connecting roadway.

Exceptional Customer Service
I have never dealt with Wilson storage before. When I first telephoned the Box Hill office, a lady named Alison took my call and her customer service was first class. Alison was welcoming, helpful and professional, she encouraged me to visit the storage site but I did not feel pressured as I believed she was trying to assist me. When I visited the Box Hill site, Alison and her colleague Cassandra were absolutely amazing. I have my elderly mother in care and am in the process of selling my mother’s home which is very emotional. Alison and Cassandra were so supportive with Alison showing me the range of different sized storage units so I could make an informed decision. They guided me through the process of securing a storage unit and I am grateful to have experienced such exceptional customer service during a really stressful time. I have already recommended Wilson storage to friends because of my experience with the staff at Box Hill
