The team at Boxhill was easy to deal with.

We spoke to William who was really helpful and obliging. At the time, we were under a lot of stress and thought e were going to need it on the she day. We were unsure as to what size storage unit to hire. He took us around to the different sizes. Showed us where we'd drive in. Once unloading our loading all would be undercover. Trolleys there for our use and his lift if needed. All very secure.

Later that morning, we realised that we weren't going to need it and he told us that was fine and if circumstances changed just to give him a call. Well they did. Afew days later, I went again only this time I went with my husband and again I asked if we could see the different sizes. Once again he was really helpful. Made the process easy. Gave us flexibility if we decided we needed either a larger or smaller unit later on. No hassle in changing. I highly recommend them.

The man at the Wilson's office was very helpful, professional and efficient. He turned an enquiry into a sale by providing all the information I needed and tailoring an option to my storage needs.

William was efficient and v personable when looking at transferring from a small unit into a bigger unit at last minute on a late Saturday morning ; With a 3.00pm closure looming , I could not fault his desire to help find me a solution at such short notice and still juggle enquiries and customer drop-ins.

Great service, the people who work there were friendly and genuine, they were really helpful. The storage was secure and clean, i had an expensive mattress in there for a year and when i eventually took my stuff out the mattress was in perfect condition, no damage, no issues with damp or moths. The self storage option was perfect, easily accessable yet secure, was easy to take out stuff or put stuff in. Highly recommend these guys they are brilliant !

The staff were extremely helpful and made it easy to select a the correct size storage unit. The moving in phase went smoothly because it had been made so simple. Would recommend using them anytime.

Very helpful staff

A few weeks ago I called to inquire about storage rates, access etc. Ivy was very helpful and informative. A few days ago I went in to Wilson's at Box Hill to see the storage areas, and make a decision. Cassandra was also very helpful and informative. With Cassandra's assistance, setting up the storage agreement and online account went smoothly. I was also impressed with how clean and tidy the storage facility is, and despite several days of rain, everything inside was dry. The access gates, elevator, trolleys etc all work well and are in good condition. Thanks to Cassandra's instructions, accessing my storage unit was a very easy process. The rates are also quite reasonable. I highly recommend the facility and the friendly, helpful staff.
