The tanktop which is intended to…

The tanktop which is intended to replace a bra when it finally arrived was of very poor quality and far too tight despite having ordered a larger than normal size for my bra size. When I contacted them for a refund I was offered a choice of a 15% refund a d keep the top or for a full refund I could return it but this would allegedly incur hefty costs! I am waiting for their next offer! DO NOT buy from what would seem to be a sham company.

Please do not use this company

Please do not use this company. Quality is inferior, sizing dreadful and you will not get a refund in full. I have battled my way to 50% and can keep the item. The item will be going to charity or rags bin only.

Garbage product - pair of shoes. Poorly made, cheap materials. Not even going to bother trying to get a refund looking at the other reviews on here. Chalk it up to experience and move on - AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!

Dreadful

Dreadful, very misleading, looks like a reputable company reducing clothes from £100 to £40 my item arrived scrunched up in a ball, creased and cheap material, asked for a refund they offered 10%, I said no, they offered 20% I said no, the best they would do was credit note but I’m reluctantly to chose something else because of the poor quality

BEWARE

Ordered a jacket - thinking it was a company based in the UK. Once tracking appeared it became obvious this is not UK based. It took weeks to arrive. The jacket was several sizes too small. Trying to organise a return was a no go - stating to return the item to China cost so much! BUYER BEWARE. I should have done my research and read the reviews. LESSON LEARNED,

This is a scam

This is a scam. Bought the cord shorts. Very poor quality and fit. They took ages to arrive suspect from China. Tried to get a refund, cannot read refund policy as site is not secure. Offered 10,20 and then 30% refund due to high shipping cost.

Firstly if i could give zero stars i…

Firstly if i could give zero stars i would.
Bought (premium) shorts and it took them weeks to arrive. When they did arrive they were anything but premium & not even the right colour. Tried to return under 30 day guarantee but was offered 10% refund & keep the shorts.
Absolute scammers!!!

I recently bought a pair of orthopedic sandals. It was low quality and didn't fit my ankle. When I tried to return, they offered me 10% of the price and told me to keep the shoes. Because it's from an international company apparently the postage is very high and my best option is to keep the shoes. Please dont buy anything from them

Very questionable and clearly not the…

Very questionable and clearly not the organisation they are projecting. I ordered shorts, no communication over despatch date, no option online to cancel order. Emailed to request cancellation. Have been in an ongoing dialogue where I have been told they can change the order but not cancel it. So can change size of product or style, but cancelling impedes work flow. Nonsense. Have outlined fully that they currently have both product and my money. Have requested complaints details and that has been met with more confused references regarding fulfillment teams as opposed to sending simple details.

Yet another front for e-commerce company using Anglophide brand names and images selling Chinese tat. Backstreet factories churning out cheap goods at inflated prices based on exaggerated claims over quality.
