I am reluctant to give one star for the Eccles cakes which I purchased Tuesday ,they were extremely dry and hard nothing nice about them at all which were binned.dated best before September so goodness knows how they would be fit for consumption by then .very disappointed, this is not me at all writing a review i just think you need to be informed .

Had bought products from a farmers market so decided yo try on line. Again s great choice of products at a great price. Fast and reliable service.

The only thing is the delivery was left in bright sunshine and in a really obvious place for everyone to see. This is obviously the delivery drivers fault not your company.

These are the best biscuits I’ve had the pleasure of tasting, a fact borne out by family & friends who ask if I’ve any of “those huge biscuits with the currants?” Referring to the Shrewsbury butter biscuits from their range, which I’ve now placed numerous orders with as they’re go as quick as they arrive!!

I bought the Lancashire hamper of biscuits and cakes. It was beautifully presented and made a nice present for an elderly gent. I tried the Lancashire Parkin and it was one of the best I've tasted. Very moist, and still good five days in. The handmade Eccles Cakes were enormous.

An excellent company which produces not only amazingly tasty biscuits but also a company that deals with orders quickly and reliably. Highly recommend Willams Handbaked and will continue to buy their different foods
