I accidentally got my dates wrong and they promptly emailed me. In the end I chose to cancel and I got a full refund a couple hours later. Very good customer service!

It saved me during a move! I work from home and I HAD to have internet. I was havign some issues setting up broadband and this was a great alternative while I sorted everything out. It's not cheap by any means, but the value is in the convinience.

It was easy and quick to order, with the unit arriving the next day. Definitely got me out of a bind with I had a failure with my (former) wifi supplier.

Can't compliment the staff enough - very friendly and helpful with prompt replies to all my questions.

Great service! I needed a temporary WiFi service having moved home and awaiting Virgin to re-connect my service. My WiFi Hire unit arrived the day after I ordered. I plugged it in and immediately had WiFi service throughout our new house until Virgin hard wired our normal service. Many thanks WiFi Hire, appreciated your help!

I am so happy I found this company. I have 2 autistic kids and our electronics are essential for their regulation, so when we booked a holiday we were concerned about Internet access. I looked into adding data to their sims but for the amount we'd need it was going to be expensive and I didn't want to take out a contract on a portable wifi. Then I found wifi hire, it was everything I was looking for. It was cheaper than 5gb of add on data for 2 sim cards and would allow me and my husband Internet too. They provided everything from the mini router to the charging cable and a power bank plus a the return label. I hardest part was finding a post box. I cannot sing the praises of this company enough and will definitely be using them again if we have another holiday or if we move house, anytime I'm worried about not having interent access.

I have used this company on several occasions. They provide an excellent service: the router is delivered when they say it will, the return is simple, the deposit is returned quickly and the router works faultlessly. I rarely write reviews, but exceptional service and product prompts me to do so on this occasion.

Good temporary WiFi solution for our new business. Connection was decent most of the time. Not the fastest or strongest and very occasionally dropped out, but overall did what we needed it to do with very minor drops in service. We couldn't have got our business up and running for the first 2 weeks without it. Would recommend to anyone who needs short term WiFi in a pinch.

Do NOT USE this company's service. as many reviewers already said, i will add one more case: this device turns off automatically randomly, its battery cannot last more than 4 hours. and even plugged in with a portable powerbank, even it is on, the signal is very very poor and unstable. DO NOT USE IT!

We needed internet when we moved into new home and I was very apprehensive about this but I needn't have worried. It arrived, to a different address but we told them where it would be used so that it picked up the correct signal, we plugged it in and it worked. It was amazing. I needed to extend my hire so I just emailed and it was done. I would recommend to anyone

After moving house we needed temporary internet before BT could rock-up & install a fibre line. The missus found these guys so I plumped for the '5G Temporary WiFi internet for Home & Business'. It arrived A-OK and did EXACTLY what it said it would do. Amazing bit of kit! It found the local 5G network straight away so I tentatively plugged-in the ethernet connection from this to my PC and this box of magic saved the gig I was working from home on as well as the missus making Teams calls for the next 3 days. Five stars from us! Would 100% recommend to anyone in the same situation.

Do not use this company, device kept switching off and when on we had very little connection. Paid for 5 days, received it on Saturday returned it first thing on the Monday with a note explaining (e-mail also sent) and only received deposit back and have ignored my requests for refund since!! Appalling service!!!

Second time I've used the services of WifiHire. The device arrived on time and was up and running within minutes, exactly as needed. At the end of the hire period, the deposit was returned reasonably promptly. I've no hesitation recommending this company.

Easy to use, very responsive staff, excellent internet connection with no issues. Very easy to extend hire and simple to set up and return.

WifiHire provided quick delivery and a smooth return process, but the experience was mixed. The router was functional, but coverage in my area (using Three) was poor, and I faced some communication issues during my hire period. The service has potential, but check network compatibility before renting. It’s an okay solution overall. ⭐⭐⭐

I received excellent customer service recently. I was so grateful and appreciative for the understanding shown to an issue I had which was completely an error on my part. I would not hesitate to recommend.

Ordered and received a router. Worked great until I tried to extend the hire period. I keep getting emails being told to respond to the hire confirmation email. Except I DIDNT GET ONE! No it’s not in spam. I can’t find it anywhere.
I’ve been trying to contact them for 12 DAYS! I’ve emailed and emailed and get generic emails back telling me to respond to a confirmation email that I don’t have. I’ve even now managed to pay to extend the WiFi through a link in one of the emails reminding me the hire period is up. But despite the extra payment the router has been cut off. So now I’m out of pocket too. Just the most impossible company to try and get hold of. No contact number. The website says they respond quickly to emails. Except they don’t. They don’t respond at all!!!!!!
Just avoid.
