Pre-delivery review
A few glitches on the website from a mobile phone (wasn't able to proceed as it kept saying that I hadn't chosen delivery method...), but managed to proceed when viewed in desktop mode. So far so good, just waiting on delivery...

Great Value For Money
After much searching, I found the Wickey Fort to be very competitive in price and looks fantastic play value. Love the bridge for the kids. Just purchased for a joint birthday present for 2 and 6 year olds and sure they're going to love it. So many different activities included - let the imagination run wild!

Pirate ship frame - ruined by the finishes.
We bought the pirate ship frame, the purchasing experience was super easy, as we do not have the product yet, so I cannot rate the actual climbing frame yet.
UPDATE: the frame is reasonably easy to assemble - but there are a few seriously disappointing points.
1. The sails, fabric and dragon details have to be cut from a cloth without a template to draw around - and they are not easy, or simple shapes.
2. The white details (except the Wickey logo) have to be cut out of a sheet of white sticky-back plastic without a template.
3. The instructions do not make sense in the order they are placed in, and you have to work out a lot of stuff for yourself, remove things to add bits you missed.
4. The slide is attached with only 2 screws, and it broke on the 4th use with our 18kg son. We now created extra screw holes and added extra strength to the hold.
5. Some of the wood is very aged, and must have been stored for a while… some of the panels have so many knots they are weakened, so we had to add extra braces for safety.
All of this makes it a really disappointing finish and means that the aesthetics are poor when you aren’t “crafty”… really disappointing - but of course they do provide their logo pre-cut as they don’t want that to be wrong and want you to advertise yourself.

Perfect playhouse with slide
Struggled to find a fun tower playhouse with a slide to fit in the space we wanted one. Wickey had by far the best selection and we can't wait to get this set up for our daughter!
Wish there was a filter by swing or no swing as this would have been helpful.

The manual is not easy to understand
The manual is not easy to understand. It could be a bit more detailed.
Some of the planks have quite big marks on them as if they have been left outdoors for a while.
In the advert it said that the slide could be used as a water slide but there is no where to put the hose.
