Super fast check in and drop off. The car was in very Good shape.

I rented a car for 6 days and I am extremely satisfied with the entire experience. The service was outstanding from start to finish, with a very fast and efficient handling of my request.

I received exactly the car I had booked: a brand-new Audi A1, which was beautiful and in perfect condition. The vehicle was clean, comfortable, and a pleasure to drive.

The staff was professional, friendly, and highly responsive throughout the rental period. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable and high-quality car rental service.

Best car pick up experience I have had, went to the kiosk and had my keys and instructions do quick. Car was great and returning was so easy. They also had a great shuttle service to the airport. I would highly recommend and use again if I was back in Mallorca!

Pick up at Seville airport ok (15mins wait) and the minibus driver was super nice and friendly/helpful. Office staff were pushy re extra insurance and essentially have you over a barrel with this and it’s a bit of a con for extra commission for them my best guess so that put me off using them. It’s also ridiculously hard to navigate on a sat nav back to the pick up location parking lot. Car was fine, not as described but good enough

Very easy, no problems. 2min bus from the airport and 6 min paperwork. The easiest that I came across.

I had a great rental experience. The service was quick and efficient, and there were no problems when returning the vehicle.

We have hired two cars from Wiber over this ten day trip. We are regular wiber customers. The first rental was in Ibiza for four days. We found the pick up from Ibiza airport very slow. We had to wait a while as the transport to the car hire pick up was too small and resulted in us waiting for even longer another pick up minibus to arrive. The depot for picking up the car was chaotic with only one member of staff and many customers waiting for their cars. A ticket system not properly advised for customers was in place. Thereafter we flew to Valencia and there pick up in Valencia was a dream. The member of staff arrived on time. The car was ready. Very well presented. Returning the car was easy. And we were quickly taken to Valencia airport for our return flight. We always book a fully inclusive package. And have no issues when returning the car.

Used about 5 times now from Alicante with no issues. Pick up and drop off shuttle bus from the airport. You have a 2 hour window from the collection of car to upload any damage / scratches not previously noted. Staff are friendly and helpful. I always hoover and wash the car prior to the return of the vehicle. I would not hesitate to recommend Wiber as a good car hire company.

I received a heavily damaged vehicle with over 30 damages, which I had to document on my own. (Unfortunately, self-documentation has become standard practice with most rental companies these days.)

After returning the car, a dent was discovered in the roof, and I had forgotten to take photos of the roof when I picked up the vehicle (after making 30 photos of other damages). Since I didn’t have insurance, I was charged for the damage allegedly caused by me.

However, this constitutes an impermissible reversal of the burden of proof, as despite multiple complaints, I was never informed that the damage was not already present at the time of handover, which is highly likely given the 30 (!) other instances of damage.

The vehicle was driven less than 300 km and was always parked in an underground garage in a gated area in the evenings and at night.

I have asked for a car with cordless apple car play to help me with navigation. But the person on the desk asked me to upgrade my reservation to get that option and also beter bigger car but I have to pay more money for!! It’s not my problem to get a car with the same category that I have reserved but with apple car play. So I am obliged to accept the upgrade of my reservation to reach my destination with the navigation. The funny thing is the car was A1 Audi which is not bigger than my reserved car and above that it was with damages to the back wing and bumper! So is was not a good manner from the employee to deal with a loyal customer for the company.

Great service and Staff (they are all supper helpfull). Booking process super easy and clear, info about prices direct, without any hide costs which appear during proccess.
