Very polite shuttle drivers and staff…

Very polite shuttle drivers and staff in office was great and helpfull too. I ordered Audi A1 and they gave me Audi A1. I had full coverage with pick up car keys from smart box and it was preatty fast. They did not check my car befor and after rental. Only full to full. Perfect job in Alicante.

I look forward to future rental.

Excellent service

Excellent service, smooth pick up and drop off and very friendly staff. I recommend getting the comprehensive insurance as this really allowed for a stress free trip. Loved the Fiat 500!

Smart box is a winner

I am user multiple times but this is the first time I used the smart box. It was excellent. Scanned my code out popped the key and off I went!!!In and out in less than five minutes.Also would like to thank the staff.When I returned I told them I was pressed for time with my flight and they moved the shuttle time to take me straight to the airport.

Con artists

They tried to pressure me into taking their very dear insurance rather than the basic when I refused on return of the van they went over in fine detail looking for damage they eventually found a tiny scuff on the bumper that was already there but I had missed when collecting the van. They said I had done it even though I assured them I did not.They said I had no photographic evidence it was already there and told me I would be charged €350 to cover the damage.They are cheap to rent from because they scam you on return of vehicle.I have been hiring vehicles in Málaga for 24 years and this is the worse experience I have ever had.

Shocking treatment from a member of staff !!!!

We have been using Wiber Malaga for our regular trips to Spain &had no complaints until now where we have been treated in a disgusting totally unfair manner .
The car we received was completely covered in dents & scratches & had no water in washers .
On return a very rude unprofessional insulting member of staff named ‘Cesar’ charged us nearly 900 euros for the previous damage which we did not do !
We will not be using wiber ever again & Cesars reply to that was ‘I don’t care ‘!!!
The company will lose customers if they continue to treat them in such an appalling way.
Wonder what happens to the so called repair charges !!!!!!!???as the car we received was full of damage so no doubt the previous customer was charged also & no repairs !!!!
Looks like certain cars are used to scam you !!!! Beware !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Excellent experience with Wiber Rent a Car in Malaga.

We rented a car for 9 days and everything was smooth from start to finish. After arriving at Malaga Airport, we took the shuttle bus to the rental office, which is only a few minutes away. The process was quick and efficient.

We received an almost brand-new Omoda hybrid with only around 7,800 km on the odometer. During our trip we drove more than 1,400 km across Andalusia without a single issue. The car was comfortable, economical, modern, and a pleasure to drive.

What we appreciated most was the transparency. There was no deposit required, the price was exactly as booked, and there were absolutely no hidden charges. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and spoke excellent English.

Returning the vehicle was just as easy. They only checked that the fuel tank was full, and we were on our way within minutes.

Great value for money, excellent customer service, and a hassle-free rental experience. I would definitely use Wiber again and highly recommend them to anyone visiting Malaga.

🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨Alquilé un coche con Wiber y, lamentablemente, el vehículo sufrió un accidente del que yo no tuve ninguna responsabilidad. El coche estaba correctamente estacionado en una plaza autorizada cuando otro conductor lo golpeó, causando únicamente daños en el espejo retrovisor izquierdo. El conductor responsable admitió su culpa ante la policía, y obtuve un informe policial oficial que lo confirma.

Wiber retuvo el depósito de 1.100 €, algo que entendí y acepté porque me informaron de que el dinero me sería devuelto una vez que recibieran la compensación de la aseguradora de la parte responsable.

Sin embargo, el verdadero problema comenzó después. Me prometieron que recibiría el informe del accidente en una o dos semanas como máximo. Han pasado casi dos meses y sigo enviando correos electrónicos sin recibir una respuesta útil. La única respuesta que recibí fue un recordatorio de que había firmado el contrato aceptando las condiciones en caso de accidente y el cargo de 1.100 €. Soy plenamente consciente de ello y nunca lo he cuestionado.

El problema es que Wiber ha retenido el dinero sin proporcionarme ninguna factura, recibo, informe de daños ni documentación del accidente. Sin estos documentos, no puedo presentar una reclamación ante mi propia compañía de seguros para recuperar mi dinero.

También intenté contactar con atención al cliente. En varias ocasiones, la llamada se cortó en cuanto hablé en inglés. Cuando finalmente logré hablar con una empleada, no pudo ayudarme y solo me recomendó enviar otro correo electrónico. A pesar de explicarle que ya había enviado cinco correos sin respuesta, no hizo ningún intento de revisar mi caso ni siquiera me pidió el número del contrato.

Todavía estoy esperando el informe que necesito para poder reclamar el reembolso a mi aseguradora.

Por esta razón, no puedo recomendar Wiber. La atención al cliente ha sido extremadamente deficiente y, si dependes de tu propio seguro, podrías encontrarte sin la documentación necesaria para presentar una reclamación y recuperar tu dinero.
I rented a car from Wiber, and unfortunately the vehicle was involved in an accident that was entirely not my fault. The car was legally parked in a designated parking space, and another driver hit it, causing only damage to the left side mirror. The other driver admitted full responsibility to the police, and I obtained an official police report confirming this.

Wiber deducted the €1,100 deposit, which I understood and accepted because I was informed that once they received compensation from the at-fault party's insurance company, the money would be returned to me.

However, the real problem started afterward. I was promised that I would receive the accident report within one or two weeks at most. Nearly two months later, I am still sending emails without receiving any meaningful response. The only reply I received simply reminded me that I had signed the rental agreement and accepted the conditions regarding accidents and the €1,100 charge. I am fully aware of these conditions and have never disputed them.

My issue is that Wiber has deducted the money but has failed to provide any invoice, receipt, damage report, or accident documentation. Without these documents, I cannot submit a claim to my own insurance company and recover my losses.

I also tried contacting customer service. On several occasions, the call was disconnected as soon as English was spoken. When I finally managed to speak with an employee, she was unable to help and only advised me to send another email. Despite explaining that I had already sent five emails without a response, no effort was made to investigate my case or even ask for my contract number.

I am still waiting for the report that would allow me to claim reimbursement from my insurance company.

For this reason, I cannot recommend Wiber. The customer service experience has been extremely disappointing, and if you rely on your own insurance coverage, you may find yourself unable to make a claim because the company does not provide the necessary documentation.

Best car rental I know

Honestly it is the best car rental company that I know. They have very competent staff, nice cars, good price, all inclusive option with no deposit. Everything is smooth and easy. Fully recommend Wiber to anyone.
