I just received my order and haven't had time to use it. So I am unable to give you a review on it. But I will say, I can tell you value your customers in the way you packaged my order. Great care was taken to insure my order was going to make to me in excellent condition...

I do have a question...my order arrived on a day where a heat warning was issued in my city. It sat in a hot mailbox all day. Does this affect the quality?

Their products are great. I order a lot of blue lotus from them and I've ordered from other vendors and WB has the best quality I have found. Their customer service is also top notch! I highly recommend trying them out. You won't be disappointed!

I placed an order on the 4th of June the 5th they told me my order was placed and then supposedly they said been shipped here it is the 17th they told me it would be Monday.... Monday came and went they told me my package was on its way to my door mail man came and went and still nothing I've sent email after email and they still telling me lies about my package and I asked them for my money back no response or anything about returning my money I'll NEVER BUY ANYTHING ELSE FROM THEM I BELIEVE THEY ARE SCAMMERS AND LIE EVERY TIME THEY OPEN THEIR MOUTH

Well, I ordered it. It came on time. It smelled great. I need it for mice. I believe it’s working. I’m not for sure. I was wondering can I use it on cotton balls?

Please, I would like to know has anyone noticed a similar scent coming from the oils? As though they were cut with another chemical, I have purchased other oils from this company and have
noticed that each one have a similar fragrance/scent that doesn’t seem natural for an oil. The witch hazel smells like a mix with the same chemical as Helichrysum. And the writing for the ingredients and instructions are in a font of two or three, which is impossible to read. I’m sure I am not the only one who has noticed the chemical smell.

I received my order pretty quickly. It was securely and nicely packaged. They offer free samples that I’m excited to try so I can possibly buy other products.

I ordered four oils (sweet almond, black seed, jojoba, and rosemary essential) and they all came super quick! Just under a week. When they arrived, I was immediately notified, and upon opening the box, I was pleasantly surprised by the lovely packaging the bottles came in! Each bottle of oil came with clear directions for its use (very important since it distinguishes the rosemary essential oil from its ready-to-use counterpart). Everything had a mild scent to me which was perfect! Overall, I’m extremely pleased with my order and I’ll absolutely be ordering from WholesaleBotanics again. :]

I loved the rechargeable waterless diffuser and the oils last a long time in it. The oils smell great and don't give me a headache like others do.
