So happy whole foods is in the UK. Having lived in LA for 25 years the thing I missed most when I moved to UK was this store. It’s heaven.

Prompt delivery and items in perfect condition and exactly as described will definitely order again

I'm placing my third order and so far very impressed. I found this company as I wanted a specific organic soya yoghurts/milk range and discovered so much more! As well as the organic French soya yoghurts/milks I love their range of organic frozen berries, organic frozen vegetables, organic cereal and pasta from my favourite organic brand, and lots of organic quinoa, oats and grains. Packing is superb - frozen and chilled still completely frozen/chilled and all packed meticulously. Customer service is to be applauded - I had a slight delay with my second order but Customer Service was exceptional (as well as responding by email a lady even rang me to explain). It arrived one day later. I love the range of organic, vegan and healthy products without feeling overwhelmed. Just one negative as a vegan - whilst I appreciate the woolpack frozen packaging I wish they didn't use sheep wool for vegans.

Excellent company, I was struggling to buy Soljade yoghurts and have them delivered. Not a problem with this company. Prompt delivery, nicely packaged. Regular update throughout the process. Will definitely be ordering again.

I now use WholefoodsBox regularly. I am on a low sodium diet and shops only have mid to high salt content products. WholefoodsBox has loads of low sodium products that taste fabulous and are healthy. The staff are helpful with any questions and quick to answer. Product is packed well and arrives quickly. Also free delivery if your order is over £60 pounds. I will be using them a lot.

Wow! First order from Wholefoodsbox, and simply cannot fault these guys. Beautiful quality Organic Ginger Root and delivery was spot on. Congratulations guys, exceptional service, make no mistake you have just made a long term Customer for other products too. Good luck in 2026!

Update: If you send them an email after you ordered, you can request denim liners to be used instead of wool liners.🙂 Excellent choice of plant-based foods. Great service which is sadly being let down by the fact that they use sheep's wool liners to wrap the chilled and frozen items in. They have Styrofoam boxes as an alternative but ignored my request to use that and sent my chilled items wrapped in sheep's wool liners anyway. Very disappointed.

Had no issues with the order itself, arrived well packed, the only problem is with the courier company (APC) - only half an hour notification before the delivery itself and a courier left the package next to the door on the street (not really a safe area) - luckily I was at home and went out to pick it up.

I liked being able to have my favourite yoghurt and tortillas delivered. However the tortillas were supposed to be frozen and weren’t. The delivery was slow arriving 6 days after purchasing with no email confirming when they’d be sent on purchase. The parcel was left but not in specific safe place as requested due to disability. Also a polystyrene box with plastic ice packs were delivered which are not environmentally friendly and hard to dispose of other than landfill. Disappointing but the yogurt is great!

Speedy delivery and brilliantly packaged as order contained both chilled and cupboard based foods. Products received were as described online. Would definitely use again.

Great product which was impossible to find anywhere else. Very competitive price but the best bit was the packaging. Insulated with a recycled and recyclable wool fleece. Am so very impressed with this company. No being hounded with emails either. Just excellent.

I can’t find Xmas advent calendar which my son keen to get this year anywhere. Sold out everywhere. Only this shop and good price! Brilliant

Purple potatoes from whoole food were soo tasty best ive had firm beautiful colour flavour was impressive whether roasted mashed boiled scrumpttious !!!
Whole foods has proved to be excellent quality the sweet potatoed ttuly delicous ill be back !
