Product is perfect but above all the service was fantastic! I placed an order and after not hearing anything in terms of dispatch for a few days I emailed. I quickly got a personal email from the owner with an explanation that things were delayed due to postal strikes (through no fault of her own) and a couple of alternative options. I stuck with my original order in the hope that it would arrive by christmas, and was kept up to date every step of the way with emails regarding tracking. It was so lovely to know I was being looked after personally, and not forgotten. The items arrived quicker than tracking and are amazing quality.

I messaged this company looking for a step and slide for Christmas for my son - thinking I was too late for Christmas delivery (as stated on their site) but they made sure I got the item by the weekend! Fast delivery, beautiful products and great customer service. Will defo be ordering more in the future.

I purchased the square ballpit for my girls first Christmas and i knew it would be good quality but wasn’t expecting it to be this good!! I am so happy with it, and also there customer service is the best ive ever had to deal with online, they litterally reply within the hour and helped me with a few things, thanks girls!

I messaged on the off chance to check the cut off dates for delivery (which had already passed) but was told there may be available slots depending on stock. Within a few hours, I had a message to say that there was one item remaining in stock and that it could be posted to arrive a few days later. My item arrived today and it’s absolutely gorgeous, the quality is amazing and I can’t wait to see my sons face when he sees it on his birthday!

I cannot fault anything from this shop from their brilliant customer service to delivery. I am yet to open the boxes as it’s a Xmas gift for our daughter but I know she will love it!

Order was late to be shipped and therefore didn't arrive on time, however staff were helpful with tracking and it arrived after I chased it up. Excellent quality, I'd definitely recommend their products

Really happy with my ball pit from whittle bird, the balls are the exact colour as In the picture, took a little longer to come due to Royal Mail strikes but was so worth the wait, I know my little boy will love it on Christmas, thank you so so much, customer service is really helpful too xx

I did pay for next day delivery but I missed the time slot for order by half an hour or so and on a Friday. Didn’t expect it so be next working day, let alone turn up on a Saturday!!!
The soft play has arrived and it is perfect. Cannot wait to see the kids faces on Christmas morning!!!

Love the colourful castle block and step and slide set we bought. They have been providing the little ones with so much fun and I can tell they will for years to come too. I found this company to have the best offers for their bundles and also was able to add a discount to that too so really good value for the amount of fun they will provide. I would shop with this company again.

We brought our daughter a soft play set for her first Christmas. She is now nearly 3 and still loves her soft play. Their customer service team are great and always respond quickly. My daughter is still finding new ways to use this piece of equipment 3 years on. Definitely worth every penny!
