Friendly, prompt and professional service

It took me many attempts to make a booking. When I did eventually did speak to a person I was told someone would ring me back. They didn’t. When I rang again I was told someone would ring. They didn’t. I was told the lorry would come in the morning. It didn’t. I received an email on the day to say the lorry was coming that day, but didn’t say when it would be there. It came at about 4pm. I paid online and then received a threatening email from you requiring me to pay. The only good thing was the chap who drove the lorry was efficient and courteous.

Turned up on time , good price , only had to wait a few days . Nice chap doing the job .

This is my first house off mains drainage and the guys were really helpful explaining what was going on with the sceptic tank and how to keep it running smoothly as well as getting everything drained and cleaned up quickly and efficiently. Highly recommended, will definitely use them again.
