if I could I would give - 5 stars clothing is absolute garbage, the pics on wbpage do not represent the items ordered DO DOT ORDER !!

Omg! Just received a coat that was supposed to be gold embroidered on black. It really was like a dressing gown. Nylon thin material imitation pockets. No buttons or anything threads everywhere. But funny enough it did look nice on though! If they had made it properly and as the photo looked it would of been amazing. Had a zip put in the front to make it more like a top. A bit better.

I am only reviewing 2 stars as I ordered 5 items in the beginning of December and it is just a little past mid January and only received one item and that one was too big and somewhat different than the picture. I emailed Whiteseek and they did respond but it took a less than a week. I wanted to get a refund, but due to the fact that I live in the US and it would cost too much to send the item back. They gave me a choice to get a refund of $10.00 the item was around $35.00 or a credit of $14.00. I choose the credit towards another purchase and they gave me a code for the credit.

As far as the other items, they are enroute, but I am not seeing the tracking yet. It keeps showing an error. I think they are still being processed.
I will let you know when I receive my other items.

Sounds like alot of us have made a mistake in purchasing items from this online store. I heard Wish is really bad with inferior quality items.

OKAY UPDATE! I received my second item and I am ticked off! In the photo the jacket looked thicker with embroidery and like a really nice jacket...no zipper of course, but when I received the jacket it is thin and literally a print! I would never pay 35.00 for this item..It looks like it is only worth 5.00 if that! I am horrified that this company is selling to people and its fraud and misleading! It would cost too much to send items back they say and also too much time...
I still have 2 items left to receive, I am scared to see what they are like!

This was a very bad experiment. If it is too good to be true, it isn't true. Lesson learned. Customer service is borderline useful, but not really customer service oriented. They state it takes so long for customers to receive product because they produce it as it is ordered! Not for $35. It means it will easily take up to 6-8 weeks from order to delivery from South China. Having actually lived there for 3 years, there is no reason for this to be unless they are not a real professional organisation. I wouldn't recommend anyone losing their money to this company.

what a joke, such nice clothes they show you but what arrived hurt my eyes, not even one star for this rip off site, but I had to give one to move forward.

D0n't buy here, it's a cheating company! They show you some pictures but the articles they send are completely different! Only rubbish, different materials, different style, different quality! At the end they don't want to refund you! RUBBISH RUBBISH

Did not receive items after 7 weeks, I emailed them to check on status every week after a couple weeks of delay, but I have yet to receive an answer.
I had to go through PayPal to try and cancel/get reimbursed. Avoid at all costs.

HOLY CRAP WHAT A LOUSY COMPANY!!! Obviously this is a Chinese company that has NO problem misrepresenting their products and then not shipping in a timely fashion. I ordered my wife a Christmas gift on DECEMBER 5 with expedited shipping! HA HA HA on the "expedited"!! Today is January 7 and they sent me a poorly written email (English not so strong) asking for MORE time!

DO NOT USE this company! Several website inaccuracies - the photo was a deliberately misleading representation of a cheap quality garment; one review of the coat I bought described it as 'lined' when it is not; their customer service is utterly inconsistent and, contrary to the website's claim that returning garments is 'easy', it is not (had to provide photographs to prove my issue and enter into a series of negotiating emails); and the item took ages to arrive and will no doubt take ages to get back to them. At $52.94 USD for the coat, this kind of customer service is unacceptable and unreasonable. They initially offered a refund of $8 or a credit note (joke!). They gave me an arbitrary address in China to return it to which cost me £18 and once again today I have received different communication from different customer service representatives who say different things every time despite the 'thread' of emails (and plenty of photographic proof). I fully suspect that they will find a reason to refuse the refund amongst their list of specifications and I will be seriously out of pocket. The coat has gone to China fully tracked, I paid through Paypal for it and I will not let this lie! What a shame - they give all Chinese online sales a bad name. Don't make the mistake I did by being seduced by crafty, misleading marketing (Canadian hosted website/China-based business) - not something that I will ever risk making again!

I ordered and paid for two coats and two blouses last Black Friday 2018. It is almost January 1 and I have only received the two blouses. No coats. It has been weeks and weeks nobody answers any customer service emails. There’s no way to call them. Do not order from these people !!!’nn

First, I may be responsible for not doing due diligence but they are very quiet about being a Chinese CO. Even when I flat asked them, I go crickets. Second, tracking was inaccurate because of the first comment.bout tracking. Like I was being unreasonable. Third, I ordered based on THEIR sizing charts. I even ordered up in size to be sure. NOTHING fit...in the least...at all...not even close. Finally, one of the items was to have a hood and the actual garment didn't quite match their photo and there was no hood on the garment I received. The prices were decent. I guess I really got what I paid for. I recommend NOT taking the risk and aggravation of ordering from Whiteseek. You may share my review with them but I did write them before I found your site.

Placed my first order late November '18, wanting to wear it for Christmas. It never arrived. They do not respond to emails. I have started a dispute with Paypal to recover the 43 quid they scammed from me. I looked up this company before I ordered and there was nothing negative coming up. Seems they're new scam artists. If you paid by Paypal, raise a dispute with them.

Ordered Dec 14 2018, haven't heard a thing. I have send an email, no reply. Wandering if it's best to cancel the payment, reading these reviews. :-(

7No shipped order. No response to emails. No refund. Will report to my credit card. Stop adverzting them Instagram!!!
