The worst online store I've ever met!

More than 2 months without sending my purchase, day after day
with excuses (Christmas period, high demand, fatal January, February, a lot of fuss ...) When I demanded my money back, repeatedly, they promised that maybe they will need 1 month, or maybe 2, to give me my money.
I had to complain Paypal, and the following day I had my money.
Never buy in Whiteseek!

No scam here, I got what I ordered in fact they of the same quality and quantity as I ordered when I received them even more better.

Absolutely love this shirt! I usually wear a small but decided to order a medium and I'm glad I did. Small would have been fine but not as loose and I wanted. The medium is fitting but relaxed and very flattering. I love it. I ordered one in another color I loved it to much. I'm 5'8 and the back covers most of my butt and the front ties perfectly at my waist.

I would give 0 if I have the chance to do so. just be careful, I have ordered 2 Items never receive them, I have asked for a refund they have never answered. lucky I have paid with PayPal so I got my refund through Paypal.
it's a SCAM, AVOID AVOID

This is a scam I never thought dodgy websites are like this I didn’t receive my item and they taking forever to return my money! they just love taking your money! Don’t even bother with this website! I’m so angry right now!

My money was taken for a product that never shipped, if it even existed in the first place. When I contacted Whiteseek they continually urged me to wait.

I waited for another month. I contacted Whiteseek again saying I simply wanted my money returned if the product had still not shipped. They urged me to wait for the return as well. After I waited nearly three weeks, I contacted them again, and they urged me to keep waiting.

It has now been months since money was taken from me. I have no faith that this is a legitimate enterprise.

I have opened a formal dispute with PayPal in order to have assistance getting my money returned to me.

All I wish is that I could give them zero stars.

DOES ANYONE HAVE A LEGIT ADDRESS FOR THEM? I complained, got an email, but when I hit the reply button, the email was returned.

I placed an order on Dec 2, 2018 and as of Feb 19, 2019 it has still not arrived.

I sent them an email via their online submission form, they replied telling me they couldn't find any proof of my order and payment.

I hit the Reply button, provided screenshots of both the order and the debit from cc account, hit send and the email was returned as "Non Deliverable"... They have no phone number listed on their site, no address and their email address is fake. I have contacted the FCC and asked for help.

The worst company, the worst clothes. They have sent very bad quality kimono instead of two jackets. Even PayPal could not help me

Do not order from this company! You will wait forever only to be told the product you ordered is a hot seller and takes months to get to you!They are refusing to refund my money and keep insisting on giving me a cash coupon even though I never want to buy from them again. Customer service advisor is patronising telling me to wait patiently!

Do not order! Takes forever to get here and nothing like the picture. The material is horrible and size is wrong also. Total crap!

Ordered jacket 7 weeks ago. It was out of stock so I waited.bit looked wonderful it arrived yesterday..the biggest pile of crap ..it us a flimsy rubbish thing I would never wear...nothing like what I ordered or the photo. Worth literally nothing. Do not be fooled.

One star is even too much. What they do is criminal!
The picture and the item are simply two different things. I am really disappointed. They have beautiful pictures on their website. They sell for European prizes and then try to get you with a discount. But the quality is so bad - I have no words for that. If you want to send it back, you have to pay 16€ shipping costs from Europe to China. I will never buy again and I can only recommend you to do the same.

Wish there was a negative number. Everything true. Horrified at the rip-off. don't go near them!!! I AM DISPUTING CHARGES NOW. Clothing crap and can't get a refund or address to send them except some LA address with a phony phone number that's a fax machine.

If anyone disputed successfully let me know how.

Ordered Nov 1st. By Feb 1st, I recieved nothing! Emailed company numerous times. WHEN they answered (which most times, they did not) they said that they had recieved so any orders they were “behind, so be patient”...,no further information! After 2 months of no info, I had had enough and contacted PayPal. They refunded ALL my money. Happy with PayPal but this company in China is a joke. ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!!!!

I liked what the images of their clothes looked like so I bought 2 coats. I got an email confirming my order but no estimated delivery time. After a few days I emailed and asked why I did not receive delivery details. They replied that one of the items will be ready in 13 days so they were waiting to send them together. They suggested that if I wanted them quicker I could cancel the second item and they would ship the first one immediately. I wrote back to ask how much time shipping the available item would take approximately. The response was that they did not know how long approximately exactly because there could be snow in the UK or Customs officers might delay it etc. So I wrote back and asked notwithstanding all the disasters that could delay my order, in normal circumstances what is the estimated time of arrival of the order. They said they did not know but 13 days plus about 28 days. I replied that that was far too long and that I cannot wait and requested they cancel my order and refund. They wrote back immediately and said they could not cancel nor refund because they already shipped the 2 items including the one that they said would not be available for 13 days. They sent me a tracking number and I followed it and there was no movement for several days. I wrote and explained that they were not being honest with me nor straight and that I wanted a refund. I could see this was going nowhere so I raised a dispute with Paypal and explained what happened.
Their response to my Paypal dispute was:
First paragraph of their email said that the parcel was shipped and that I had to be patient.

Second paragraph of the same email said that the parcel was lost in transit but they can either ship me a replacement or send me a refund only provided that I close the dispute on paypal.

I have not done so and am awaiting Paypal to deal with the matter.

I was interested in the images of elegant clothing items that they showed on their website but very much regret having to deal with such Sellers who do not have respect for themselves their business or their customers. Regrettable

I too give ZERO stars...just for the record. I decided to really go into battle with them since, like everyone else here - we got rooked! What you see is NOT what you get, if you get it...just another scam company in China. Facebook, and other sites that have these ads need to do some vetting. This is outrageous really. Anyway... They were giving me the same bs about we'll give store credit of $18, or $15 cash back. No....... I paid $64.37 and I'm going to get that back. Well, at least I felt like seeing how far I could take it and here's my report everyone:
After they gave me this above 'generous offer', I railed them. After emails where I slam them calling them a fraudulent company and that I was going to report them here: ftccomplaintassistantgov/#crnt&panel1-6
I said I will not not accept this clothing, I will return the items, and I will get a full refund. I'll even pay for the shipping, since it's just the principle at this point, or just making myself feel better about being completely ripped off and not checking online reviews.

Here's their response today I kid you not... They said if I am not satisfied with their $ offer, I can send back and I will receive a full refund. To send them the tracking info and carrier info. And here's the kicker - they gave me an address of "Jimmy" in Los Angeles, even a phone number. I live in L.A. - so it won't cost me much. Trippy. I guess we'll see. I'll update once I reach the next level of this misadventure - which might be in 3 months and I state I'm still waiting for the $ back...HAHA!! Sad to get taken. I was SO excited for that cool coat.

I too ordered the black jacket that in the picture looks like it had an embroidered gold floral pattern, The description said it was printed, but the picture of it looked so much richer, when in reality, it looked like a cheap print when it arrived. I ordered a small as supposedly Asian sizing is smaller than ours, but it was too big. There is no refund by the time you pay for the shipping to return it. On the $40 item, they said after I paid the shipping to return, they'd give me $12! Absurd since their website says refunds are easy and hassle free. Forget this company.

I had the same bad experience with whiteseek. Totally rubbish quality. Items are not in stock. Bad customer service. AVOID ISSUES IN YOUR LIFE, DON'T BUY FROM THEM.

In early December 2018 I purchased 6 garments. By the end of January 2019, only 3 items had arrived,and they bore no resemblance to the photos in the ads. Whiteseek is a total fraud. Their clothes are garbage. Do not buy their junk.
