James Browne is truly a miracle worker. I had a six month goal to get my credit right so that I could purchase a home. James Lee was a godsend for me. He worked a miracle for me. My credit was too low to buy a car or house. I am now able to buy a car if I want to or a house. My credit has improved so much. I am in the process of buying a house. I didn't think it was possible at this late age in life but I can thanks to James Lee at White Jacobs and Associates.

Steve Tansey is the BEST!!!
Not sure if this is going to help someone make an informed decision but I do I know this, that it was the best decision I could have ever made in my life and I mean it from my heart. After dealing with low scores but also being a victim of Identity Theft I felt helpless.

I first spoke with Steve Tansey from White Jacobs about 6 months back Nov 2016, when I was going through the process of getting qualified for home loan but because of my Credit Score being in the high 500s and having a lot of inquiries close 90+ and 90% of inquiries were not done by me. I was referred to White Jacobs and Associates specifically with Steve Tansey by Lisa our loan officer. After speaking with Steve we felt right away both my girl and I were doing the right thing. Right away we started the process and months later I saw most of the inquiries gone, also accounts that were open fraudulently were deleted and collection accounts from account that were not mine also were gone from my report too. Long story short we went through maybe 3 rounds for myself, to make sure everything that was not mine was taken out of my credit reports. Pulled up my credit report and my score was above 700 for all 3 Bureaus. YES he removed 99 % of all inaccurate things from my credit report and made my score get high.... Like way higher than I ever could have expected.
Recently applied for 3 credit cards and got a total of close to 15k in credit line for the first time in my life and was able to lease my car. Now the next big step is getting that house. We are just waiting for my girls rounds to be completed and we already know he has done and amazing job with her situation.

For the past 3 years I have been subject to crazy high interest rates on automobiles, denied home loans, and even unable to move into a decent apartment all because of a broken lease that should not have existed. With the aid of White Jacobs & Associates, and Steve Tansey, after a few months I have been absolved of my blemish. I had spoken to other attorneys about resolution only to be met with ‘Maybe, Probably, and likelys’. Me and my husband are first time home buyers and were looking to get preapproved for a home. where do I start from? i was with Lexington for about a year plus,with a lot of negatives on my credit report, after a while I realized I was just running in circles, even though they had gotten a lot of the easy stuff off my credit, i was still stuck with some difficult ones. I have been using White Jacobs & Associates for 6 months. James Lee was upfront in terms of the issues with my credit and the process that would occur. I had called a few other credit repair agencies and their process seemed shady where you paid everything up front or paid for each deletion with no clear timeline for when everything would be completed.
When I started I was at 533 now I’m at 670. Once I utilize my credit better my numbers should be in the 700 range. The incorrect data has been taken off. Some collection agencies sold the account when the credit repair began, and James is responding to the purchasers of those accounts. I highly recommend James Lee and White Jacobs & Associates. He was prompt with the monthly progress reports so I was never left in the dark about where I stood.
