Beware of the fraudsters- Whitehat Jr
I have sent multiple emails and reminders to support@whitehatjr, the last one was on 23rd August 2023. WhiteHat team asked for additional amount in addition to the EMIs to close my account. I paid the dues as asked by WhiteHat and shared the transaction details. They promised to confirm in 15 days and it has been more than a month and I've sent multiple reminders to support@whitehatjr but there is no response from them.
I will be raising my grievance to consumer forum as well if I don't get a response soon.

WhiteHat Jr SCAM
I was told by the customer support that I will receive my refund amount in 15-20 days excluding holiday. A month passed and I have not received the amount. I sent multiple emails to support email and there is no response. This is a true scam and keep customers money.
Please refund the amount or atleast have courtesy to respond to customer emails.
June 29th is gone, July is gone and Aug is almost gone - still my refund is not processed. WHJ sends a standard template which states that the refun will be processed in 2-3 weeks. Is this a scam or duping. As promised, the refund should be initiated immediately.

SCAM
Again the same reply as always....again Whitehat Jr wants me to wait till month end. Their month end never comes. Requesting all the parents to not to enroll with Whitehat Jr. They are not refunding the money if you cancel the enrollment. I am continously asking them for refund from approx 3 months but everytime they come up with new excuses. Please share this to all the connections you have and post in all social media so that other parents doesn't get scammed by WhitehatJr.

No Refund by WhiteHat Jr (BYJU's) even after one year's follow-up
I have opted for a coding course for my son with WhiteHat Jr (now acquired BYJU's) in 2011, but never attended a single class. For last more than one year I am requesting to refund my one time payment, but every time I received a automated email and it is not going forward. There is no escalation or complain option available. This is a big scam it seems. Please refrain joining course with these companies.
